Brewers Decorator Centres - St Austell Omdömen 

I knew Brewers would be able to give me a good range of the colour teal I needed for my bedroom walls & to match the feature wallpaper I had purchased.
When I’d narrowed down the choice to three, I was able to get sample pots. Finally chose Dulux Proud Peacock, which they had ready for me to pick up after ordering on their online shop.

Excellent online service again. Great price, paint ordered and delivered next day.

The paint is excellent my external walls on house was in a very bad state with cracking, blistering, multi coloured old paints, I prepared the walls pressure washed, primed before coating with Albany Lilac Masonry and OMG with just 1 coat my house looks amazing couldn't ask for better.

My paid for item was not in stock. Did not bother to let me know. Phoned store after 2 weeks to cancel order.

Ordered some teak wood filler online but whenI went into store to collect I was told that it had to be ordered and was not in stock at my selected store. This was not made clear on the website. Cancelled the order.

I ordered several sample pots but two were substituted for another colour. Not what I asked for or expected. I was told that it was not possible to provide the colours I ordered as there would not have been enough tint in a small pot of that size. Why advertise them then? Surely the same would apply to all samples as the colour is based on a percentage of the tint to the base colour.
Haven't received the refund for these two samples yet. The driver took them back to the shop and promised a refund.
Poior service. I shan't use brewers in the future!

We ordered on line, had to chase, then called customer service as getting nowhere fast. Spoke to James so helpful. Apparently the volume of your stock item Albany paint was out of stock ? ( give us smaller measures I would have thought !) we were held up on our progress /job due to poor service.
James Sorted our issue out with your St Austell branch. The manager who drove a VW pasatt delivered the paint the next day but what a grumpy ol so.... never smiled, apologised or anything. I updated James.

Ordered on line. Collected next day. Although one item was out of stock on line, the item was available on collection. All good
