Brewers Decorator Centres - King's Lynn Omdömen 

First time buyer at Brewers. Needed some tester pots to check the colours marked on my colour chart were the colours I was hoping for.
Met Peter who took the colour codes, who then went off to the mixing area. One colour not available so chose a replacement. Ten/fifteen minutes later Peter came back with 5 x 250ml pots of paint.
One of the best parts of the visit was the cost, so much cheaper than expected, and the second part was the wall coverage area!
Going back for some more pots...not sure what the decorator will say though!

Another excellent visit to the store. Peter is so helpful and knowledgeable again nothing is too much trouble. Have total faith in his advice.
No one in the store makes me feels useless. So patient with what must seem a stupid question to them but Peter today really made me feel more confident. Will keep going back.

Went into the Kings Lynn branch yesterday to enquire about protection paint for our wooden giraffes and fibre glass elephant and other animals which we keep outside
We were served by Peter who was so helpful we think he deserves some recognition

Well stocked shop lots of choice with all aspects of decorating, friendly staff, Peter was very helpful and seemed to have a good knowledge of the products on sale and was able to answer all our questions.
well worth a visit for anyone thinking about painting and decorating.

I can't recommend the Kings lynn branch highly enough, they have been absolutely excellent since I first started using them about 9 years ago and have gone above and beyond to help and advise.

Just bought some Little Greene paint from Brewers in Kings Lynn and the counter staff are as super helpful as ever.

I recently went into Brewers in King’s Lynn and was served by Peter.
I went to Brewers as I just been to B&Q to get some deluxe paint mixed to be told that they were unable to supply paint from the Dulux Heritage range.
I now know that Brewer’s do this and much more and will now always go here for my paint - I also got a free t shirt!

Peter was extremely helpful in helping me select a paint which was ideal for the job and then mixed the perfect colour.

Mandy from kings lynn brewers was very helpful with explaining everything we brought, helped with finding the right paint to use on my kitchen tiles, very happy with my service from Mandy today

Horrible experience, I received the text to say my order was ready but when I arrived it was not, I had to wait in the store for 30 minutes with my 18 month old whilst heavily pregnant. Not even an apology was given for having to wait for so long. Really disappointing as we have just moved into a house which needs a lot of work doing and I would have been in and out regularly but now I’m hesitant to order again after such an awful experience. Would like to add this was the kings Lynn branch, previously Andover brewers have been fantastic couldn’t have been more helpful so my review isn’t about brewers on the whole just this branch.

Above and beyond customer service from Peter and Mandy. I was looking for a repeat order but couldn't remember the name of the colour. I knew it was Dulux and that I had it mixed in November 2017 accordingbto the battered tin i had left over. Having made a call to The team in King's Lynn I left it to them to track down my origional order. They were rather pleased to be able to call me back within minutes having successfully found the order and were able to replicate it straight away. I thought I was on a long shot but am delighted with the service I received. Well done and thank you.

I needed a small sample pot to hide some paint chips in my kitchen - I really didn’t think the colour would still be available after 4+ years. The assistant who served me (Peter) was so helpful and mixed the paint straight away. The new account card is a great idea too, as all purchases are recorded so it’s easy to reorder colours or items.

The service we have received over the last couple days has been impeccable. The staff have been helpful, considerate and patient whilst I pick the perfect interior paint colours. I would highly recommend coming to Kings Lynn Brewers as all the staff members I have met have allowed me to express my ideas of paint colours, and given advice on what to look at next, by using testers as examples of the colours they have to offer.
They went above and beyond my expectations, and I am very grateful for all their help.

Friendly, knowledgeable team for my decorating needs. I have used Brewers for a full house redecoration this year. This time, Peter worked out exactly what I required for specialist paint and gave me clear advice. Courteous service. Thank you

Was served today by a very friendly and helpful man called Peter! He was very efficient and mixed my paint for me, also helped with correcting my email address for my Brewers card. Great service with a smile 👍

Amazing service. Fantastic staff. Thank you Mandy and Peter The shop was well laid out and tidy. It was easy to find products. The customer service was the best I have received for buying a good or service. They dealt with customers efficiently when they sensed they were in a rush but also took the time to give advice and expertise to those who needed help. I needed both and they could have not been better. I wouldn't buy online so much if I knew I would receive customer service like this. Get your paint and decorating items instore at Brewers. They know their stuff. Thank you for a great experience.

I can't praise the staff enough at king's Lynn. They went out of their way and made sure my experience in obtaining the paint I needed was stresless.
5 star service, would recommend to anybody.
