Thorough
it was thorough of Brewers to call me and confirm my order was placed. The downside it took (and takes) a long time for orders to come available.
The people at my local shop though, are always very welcoming, helpful and informative.

Would recommend Brewers
Easy to navigate web site, check price , order and pay for. Then for collection in Chester, very useful to have parking available. Staff very pleasant and collected my order no problem.

Chester shop has the best staff!
There is an awesome man in the chester Brewers he is great. Ask him a question he'll know the answer. Bought my first home and decorated for tgw first time he was amazing with his tips and advice and always very paitent. Great selection of colours for paint but the staff are who make that store. Worth going there over other places.

Chester store has been amazing
I have been using the store at Chester for about 10 years and range of products and services have always excellent. For the last 2 years I have had the most difficult renovation project I will ever encounter and I have had nothing but kind words and help from the team here, a special mention to Andrew who goes above and beyond, always a smile and cannot do enough for you. It's kind of like old fashioned service with high quality modern products, and competitive pricing - I would not go anywhere else.

Awful experience
Awful experience, ordered paint and 1 tin not in stock, so told 3 working days. It took a over a week and as I was paying my painter by the day so made two 60 mile trips to farrow and ball to get the paint direct from the store. Would not recommend at all.

Order never turned up
Order never turned up which isn't great when your a professional painter relying on it to finish a job. Phoned Chester branch asking where it was, to be told it wasn't coming so asked for my money back which they did.
