Next day delivery
Well, I’ve ordered a ‘next day’ delivery on Thursday morning and tomorrow will be Tuesday and nothing’s arrived.
I expected to receive it on Friday, which was a normal working day.
I got in touch with Brewers help desk and they can see I’ve ordered it, but haven’t got a clue when I’ll receive it.
I’ve had to buy from another shop the oil to treat my wooden gates and fence, whilst I’m still waiting for them to work out when I’ll be receiving my ‘next day’ delivery.
How can I give them more than one star?

I ordered off the website
I ordered off the website, and shortly received a phone call to say that the product wasn’t normally available and would take longer to get in stock than the required timescale. Full marks for the speed and politeness of customer service, but none for stock availability: it shouldn’t be listed as in stock if it isn’t a regular stock item. I had to wait for a refund, this is a money holding exercise, not a customer service.

Excellent customer support
Had an issue with two batches of paint which had the same Rals number and had been mixed in house. The staff were superb in finding the issue, (which was with the paint supplier) rectifying it and go the extra mile to put things right. An excellent level of customer service and support. Thank you

Outstanding service
Outstanding service , ordered on a Friday , said 3 working days delivery, arrived on Sat morning . How good's that.

Brewers need Transparency on their prices
Ok, so Brewers has most of the stuff I want, but it does annoy me when the price shown is not the price you pay. Other suppliers include the VAT so there are no surprises. Brewers want to seem cheaper, but they are not.
Transparency is what is needed here!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We do currently show our exc vat prices as this is how our trade customers have preferred to receive our prices as they are business customers. We do however recognise that our DIY audience is growing and to be transparent for all of our customers we are changing the way our prices will displayed on our marketing communications from May 2021.
