Click and Collect not reliable
The paint I wanted was showing as in stock online so I ordered it. When I arrived I was told it wasn’t and that I shouldn’t have come before getting a text message. After some debate I was informed that it would be in in a few days so I agreed to wait. I returned and was again told that it hadn’t arrived from Maidenhead. Luckily a young lady interrupted and said it has arrived! She was the saving grace for the store and much more polite and helpful than the other employees I met. Brewers need to sort there communication and website out. It feels like they could organise a p**s up in a Brewers at the moment.

Prompt & cheaper than Dulux!
Ordered a can of specially mixed paint online, called the shop within 2 minutes of completing the order to check roughly when it would be available for pick up, and it was ready before I could drive there (less than 20 minutes). The can was £15 cheaper than the exact same product from the Dulux decorator centre too.
