We ordered some bottles of Lone Wolf gin from the Brew Dog website. Ordering was easy, delivery communications were frequent and our delivery arrived as expected.
Thank you Brew Dog, great customer service and highly recommended.

Great clearance prices and plenty of IPAs to choose from. Delivery was great to organise around with their shipping company.

Ordered a couple of beer packs that were on offer for my husband as a surprise gift.
Order arrived on time and had a personalised note inside.

Hands up! I’m a shareholder and therefore the performance of BrewDog is important to me overall not just for one order. Now I have finally managed to get them to update my correct address delivery is far better. Updates to delivery date and time are still poor. The BrewDog website needs sorting but the viewing and ordering process is fine. Payment options have worsened. The product is great! Would recommend to anyone but just be alive to the glitches.

Time I stood up for Brewdog. Most of the 1 star reviews are based on deliveries and that isn’t the fault of BrewDog but it is their problem!!!
So, BrewDog sort your carriers out.

The restaurant was cold and the vibe was off… unsure if they still do table service or hot to order through an app… ended up going across the road for an Italian, which was 10 out of 10.

Mise a jour, une fois en contact avec le sav tout a été très vite pour retrouver ma commande et agir en conséquence.

Brewdog end worked just fine (24 new recipe Punk, 24 Punk AF, and a Hero glass for less than fifty quid) but DHL missed first slot and did not give accurate time for re delivery. Effectively took out two days.

The staff were amazing and very professional.
The food and drinks were perfect.

Awful food, staff nice and drinks okay.
Our meals arrived 15 mins apart the side we ordered on top was inedible and my main course was not up to standard either. The staff were lovely and the drinks were okay(could only choose from 6 beers but my gf is a cider drinker) but the meal was awful. Put us both off ever going to brewdog again. It was bought for us as a Christmas gift and it feels like our family wasted their money.

I have had no real issues over the years I have been ordering from Brewdog, and I don't normally complain about things in General, but in this case I have to speak out about the lack of customer support.

I made an order on the 3rd of December Order #676966
It ended up being 2 shipments with DHL, the first one arrived on the 4th December, but the second has still not yet arrived. On the 4th I had a message saying it was delayed, and then another on the 6th. Then I was told it was returned to the sender. I was in all the time so it wasn't a failed delivery. Anyway I have been trying to get any response from customer support ever since, and have not yet had any human reply.
In the end I had to buy other drinks for my guests over Christmas and New Year, so i'm now out of pocket due to this situation. and still do not know when I will receive my order or have my money refunded.

It would be a lot better to have had someone to talk to or any kind of human interaction. Which is better than emailing and waiting.

Very disappointed with both the state of my order and the complete lack of customer service.

I paid for next-day delivery for a time-sensitive birthday gift (order #694385). The order arrived with the box partially open, the internal packaging destroyed, and multiple cans heavily dented. One can had leaked entirely, soaking the remaining items.

I reported this on the day of delivery via the only method provided (the online form) and included photos of the damage. It's been 7 days without a single response and now my friend missed his present.

Their automated system tells customers that following up will "reset their place in the queue," which is an unacceptable way to treat people when goods have arrived in an unusable state.

UPDATE 20/01/26: Six days ago, "Kate" replied here promising a resolution. Since then, I've received zero communication. It's now been nearly two weeks since I received my damaged order. The public response seems to be for show only. Still waiting for my refund.

J’ai contacté le service après-vente. Une première réponse m’indiquait que ma demande était en cours de traitement.
Plus de deux mois plus tard, je n’ai toujours reçu aucune réponse malgré de nombreuses relances.
Le SAV n’a donc pas traité ma réclamation.

I order from the Brewdog website once or twice a month. Apart from wishing that they would use less cardboard for their packaging I have no complaints. Price & quality can’t be faulted

My query was dealt with really fast and I received excellent service from an advisor called Kate from the customer service crew. I really didn’t expect a reply as with some companies you wait so long you give up, but Kate contacted me direct through my email and helped me straight away. Thank you for your help.

Very frustrating and would not buy online again

I had best gluen free punk ipa and cold beer it best gluen free beer i had since becoming Coeliac on 13-11-25 price was fair and female staff member who served me outstanding I be back in liverpool pub on 21st January more great gf beers

We had our third family get together at the Waterloo BrewDog, it’s a great venue serving all my favourite beers including Hazy Jane. Big shout out to Edel, Bavindu and Kleivert who were awesome and looked after us all afternoon and into the evening. Food was great too, nice additions to the menu were well received as some are a bit too spicy for some of the family.
