I have been a customer of Brayleys for many years and have once more received the usual superb and friendly service.

Had a nightmare experience with a guy called Simeon
He was very happy and polite to us at first, then when it came to dealing with paperwork and things agreed upon after he was very irresponsible rushed and unprofessional
Everything we had agreed on and discussed, we did on time and accurately
But he sold the car to us with no paperwork and left the car mouldy and when we called him to resolve the issue he tried to ignore us and then was being very rude
then i spoke with the manager called Adam he was very helpful and resolved the unfinished customer service at hand
Which could have been done at the time Simeon was dealing with us

We are still waiting for the logbook, just hoping he has sent that right

Just a side note, please make sure you check all paper work car etc
We have never had an issue with Mercedes or BMW regarding legitimacy
Nissan is a big company too but unfortunately we weren't dealt with fairly at all the lack of professionalism from some staff members is atrocious

My review of Brayleys Oldham was correct I stand by it,However, their service manager phoned me at home,admitted their failings ,apologised and promised to put things right. Re training of call centre staff better appointment times so no more 4 hour waits,Let us hope they do improve

Thanks to Simeon, I was searching all across South Yorkshire for a Nissan Qashqai. But checked this one online which was out of the Sheffield region and sent an enquiry which was addressed by Simeon immediately. On the first call, he made the right approach understood what I was looking for and tried his best to give all the details of the vehicle without hiding anything, which I was looking for while buying my first car. He sent a personalised video to show the car's current condition, which shows us the genuineness of the seller, rather than seeing the edited photos of many online car websites. He did not rush to deliver, did all mandatory checks on the car, and did a full service though it was recently serviced. I kept the car ready after a valet before I reached for collection. He made our first car-buying experience more memorable and good. Got the best deal for the Nissan Qashqai 2021 MHEV Model.

Originally gave a great review but having my local garage fit mudflaps they told me passenger side door had been repaired to a poor standard also wheels had been resprayed to a poor standard I immediately took car back to Zane the salesman but told nothing else could be done I have booked my car in to bring it upto standard at a cost of £1200 I am really disappointed with nissan Oldham a very dissatisfied customer

I bought a Nissan quashqi from Pawel. His customer service, support and advice have been amazing. He went above and beyond.
The cars was delivered with new car mats and a full tank of fuel.

Zane was very friendly, down to earth, and not too 'salesie'. He was very informative and managed to get us a deal we were happy with.
We were kept in touch with throughout the process, before and after the sale.
All was delt with quickly and efficiently.
The only thing that wasn't great wasn't Zane's, or the garages fault. The finance company closed early on the day of our arranged pick up without telling them so we had to wait a few more days.
I could perhaps have done with a slightly more thorough handover, to explain things like the difference between the D and B gears, for example, but Zane did say I could ring with any questions.

10/10 Simeon has been absolutely amazing!! Got my new car tonight in mint condition. Didn’t feel pushed into anything. Felt like I was listened too. Catered for mine & my family needs!!
