He progressed through the ranks, gaining experience at all levels over his 44-year career, and founded Brayleys in 2003. Needless to say, Paul knows the automotive industry inside out, and it’s his dynamic energy and no-compromise approach to customer focus that has enabled Brayleys to expand from its humble beginnings to the successful business of today. Truly excellent service. My music kept dropping on my Bluetooth audio. I called up Nissan customer service, they advised that i qualified for a free software update. I called and booked my car in, waited 10 days. When I took my car in, they also performed a full health check on my vehicle as well. All free of charge, I was very impressed with the service overall - quick, efficient, polite and they care about their customers. A+

Nissan Juke radio software update.
I was given a free software update as my radio system was not working and was told it was a problem with the Nissan Juke. After the update my radio system was working so when I got home
I tried to connect my device to Bluetooth and was unable to complete the process.
The following day the radio was again dead. So the issue is not resolved.
