Started off brilliantly buying the car with them but the aftercare has been horrendous. We were given the sell on a service called "shine protect" for cosmetic damage repair which sounded great. The reality is far from.

After Shine refused to repair damage due to conditions that were not highlighted to us at the point of sale, the communication with Brayley Kia Enfield has been incredibly poor and made our experience even worse. We fear we have been mis-sold and just want a resolution.

The dealership promised to investigate this matter on our behalf and provide a resolution and clarity on next steps. This was on 21/07. It has been a month since then and we have called Kia Enfield nearly 10 times for an update. Every time they have been quick to say someone will call us back but no follow up is ever received. It has reached the point now where we have repeatedly called to say that we wish to raise a complaint and are told that the manager/product manager is always busy and will contact us. This has yet to happen.

We would still love to speak to someone about the situation and understand where to go next. I would not recommend buying this service nor using this dealership in the future as it stands.

Brayleys Kia at Enfield is very busy place. On my second visit, I was seen by a sales executive Mr Juhel Ahmed and had chance to view the car I was interested to buy. With Mr Juhel's help the buying process was stress free. It was quick and easy buy with the excellent service provided.

I was initially advised that the car would be ready at 4.30pm so I took the bus home and then I received a call at midday to say it was ready. Had I been told it was going to be ready within a couple of hours when I dropped it off I would have stopped nearby for a coffee rather than an 87 year old man walking in the heat to take the bus to and from. When I returned, I asked about the boot as the resting shelf wasn't clipping in. I was sent on a wild goose chase from one person to another. I was exhausted and gave up before passing out. I never got the issue resolved. The customer service was terrible.

Efficient drop off, girls on reception were doing a great job, hardly any wait time, pleasant and personable.
Pick up also excellent , one of the young ladies moved my car for me to the exit as it was in a tight spot. I was very grateful.
Overall, would recommend

I took my car in for a routine service but made it very clear that the main reason was a noise from the rear of the car.

Brayley Kia told me it was “just a stone” and sent me away. I took the car to another garage, and within 10 minutes they found the real problem: loose shaft connections. They tightened them, and the noise disappeared.

On top of that, nobody ever answered the phone when I tried to contact the service department.

Very poor diagnosis, terrible communication, and a complete waste of time. I expected much better from an authorised Kia dealership.

Having replaced my Sportage with a much newer model, albeit at a different dealership, I visited Brayley Kia Enfield to see what options I had for a service plan. Kayleigh was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make a decision, which I did after reviewing it all at home. I emailed Kayleigh to make payment for my chosen plan and she responded quickly and efficiently which then enabled me to complete the transaction over the phone. All in all the process was made very easy.

I am very disappointed with my recent service experience at this Kia dealership.
I brought my vehicle in for a routine engine service. After collecting my car, I immediately noticed that the air conditioning was no longer working properly. When the vehicle was stationary, it was blowing warm air, and it would only blow cold air while driving. I drove the car like this for two days before contacting the dealership to report the issue.
When I called, I was told that the service was only an engine service and that no work had been carried out on the air conditioning system. However, after opening the hood myself, I found that the electrical connector for the radiator/condenser cooling fan had been left disconnected and was hanging above the radiator. This connector has a locking clip and does not simply come loose on its own.
It is very difficult to understand how the dealership can claim that nothing related to the air conditioning system was touched, when a locked electrical connector for the cooling fan was left unplugged after the service. Once I reconnected the connector, the air conditioning started working normally again.
What concerns me most is not only the inconvenience of driving for two days without properly functioning air conditioning, but also the lack of accountability when I reported the issue. Instead of investigating what had happened, I was simply told that the service could not have caused it.
I expect much higher standards of workmanship and honesty from an authorized Kia dealership. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in the quality of their service, and I hope they take greater care to ensure customers' vehicles are returned in the same—or better—condition than when they arrived.

SO impressed with the customer service that I have received from Brayley Kia Enfield and I would not hesitate to buy a car from them again. Anam dealt with my query superbly and I was so impressed with Kwame who sorted everything out for me when I dropped my car off and then picked it up. He was so very courteous, polite and helpful and a real credit to the company.

It started off with difficulties in booking in our car for repairs. However, after the car had to be brought in by the RAC and the initial issues with the time scale for diagnostics etc., and we explained our circumstances, Dawn was most helpful and dealt with the issues promptly and efficiently. This was very much appreciated.
