Ram spontaneously took time out of his day when the person who I was meant to have an appointment with, ran over. He was patient and explained all options very clearly.
Honda is currently not suited for us, however when we do want to try another Honda, it will definitely be with Ram! Thank you!

Amy is worth her weight in gold!
I already shared my experience with the 3 'bosses' in the office.
I have been until now (14 years) a HUGE fan of Brayleys - or should I say of Jo(Anne) Gibbs and Andy Parkes.
I have given you only a 3* this time - based on the customer service of Preet (1 * only - already explained) and Amy Smitheman (5*). She could not have been more professional and helpful and did everything possible to restore my faith in Brayleys. Thank you Amy - keep smiling - that's what customers want to see!

The Ruislip garage is brilliant.
The Ruislip garage is brilliant but couldn’t give 5 stars because of the call centre that rang me to book the service said my car couldn’t be picked up from my house, I explained it is in my service agreement and I also have had a stroke which makes walking difficult but they said it is not possible.
After talking to Ruislip the lovely staff said they would collect my car and deliver it back to me.

Good service. A few issues that were resolved. The receptionist Amy was very helpful.
Its a shame that the collection of the car and wash & vac have stopped. On this occasion it was resolved.

They give you advisories on silly…
They give you advisories on silly things, to get you to pay for more things to be done that don't really need to be done, my car just had an MOT yet they said we suggest you have an emissions fuel clean, air-conditioning regassed and windscreen jets not spraying a mist, I just them replaces so I know they work fine and so did the MOT people that passed the car . And for the 3rd time they sent car back without being washed like they used to do , I pay for a service plan and expect this to be part of the experience as it was before !

I am sorry to hear that your recent visit did not live up to the high standards we aim to provide at Brayleys, and I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Regarding the advisories, our technicians carry out a health check on every vehicle to identify maintenance that may be beneficial for the long-term performance of the car, such as an emissions clean or air-conditioning service. These are separate from the safety requirements of an MOT, but I completely understand your frustration if these felt unnecessary, especially regarding the windscreen jets you have recently replaced. I will be looking into why this was flagged incorrectly. I would also like to clarify our current policy regarding vehicle cleaning. We have recently moved away from providing a standard wash and vac service as part of our new environmental initiative, "Plant a Tree, Grow a Future." In its place, we now plant a tree for every service customer to help offset carbon emissions and support biodiversity. Further information on this found at: https://www.brayleys.co.uk/ecologi. I understand that this is a change from your previous experiences with us, and I am sorry for any disappointment this caused. Honda first year car service
Full marks to Amie and especially Marie in the car service dept. who came later and was very professional and patient. It was very much appreciated she came to the car after the service was completed to answer some questions I had. I had asked for the car manual to be installed and this had not been done so she installed it for me and made sure my phone was reconnected to the car.
The 4 stars is because Honda does not wash/clean the car any longer which was one of the perks before. Neither do they collect the car from customers’ residence.

Disappointed but trapped
Had to haggle to get collect/delivery service (for which the price has almost doubled since last year).
I pay for a service contract that includes wash and vac at every service... didn't get it but got informed of lots of unnecessary work they would do for me.
Feel let down by this branch of Brayleys but little choice.
