Rob Battat - classic professional service from beginning to end, really attentive and big attention to detail on all aspects of the car, made the process so enjoyable and straightforward , he and went above and beyond including providing proactive and ongoing visibility to the progress of car from point of ordering. A credit to Honda Brayleys, and also has been highly attentive and plugged in the post delivery period also.

Easy drop-off, service was undertaken quickly, good communication via video report on the car.

Easy pick up. 90 minutes from start to finish.

Staff friendly and efficient. Should be 5*. Only 4 stars, though, as in previous years they have washed our car during the service, _not_ this year. If the same happens next year the number of stars will go down to three!

Robert at Brayley's was simply brilliant, very friendly and extremely helpful. He gave the best advice and tips on everything and even gifted our toddler a couple of toy cars!

Purchased a lovely car and excellent sales deal.
Encountered few issues with Registration mixed up and ended with different number plate /Registration than originally ordered.
All the documents and insurance had to be altered.
Stressful experience.
Overall we were satisfied with final

UPDATE:
Finally managed to sort it out with the sales manager. It turned out the sales staff went on compassionate leave and hadn’t received any of my messages or emails. When it all became clear, the manager was very apologetic and sorted everything out for me. I’m still deducting 1 star though, not because of the particular dealership, but because I think the company needs to change their system so that one staff taking an unexpected leave should not stop the communication with their customers. I shouldn’t have been told he was going to call me back repeatedly when he wasn’t even in the office, and there should have been a way for other staff to check the absent staff’s emails.

The showroom staff was very friendly and helpful until I bought the car. Afterwards I enquired about some issues, to which he sent me one email telling me that he would sort them out. After that, nothing. I called and left messages asking him to get back to me, I sent email reminders of what the outstanding issues were, but no reply whatsoever for over a week. I then managed to speak to the sales manager who told me that things will be sorted the next day. When the next day came and I heard nothing from either of them, I called the dealership to be told neither of them was in the office! I am still waiting for the outstanding issues to be sorted, two weeks after I bought the car. It’s as if they don’t want to be bothered now that they have my money!

Thought "special" spark plugs were very expensive compared to the cost of the same ones elsewhere...at least £80 more incl vat and fitting but went ahead anyway.

Nick was extremely helpful re my first Honda Service for my Motability car. I was booked in at 10.30 and my car was all done in 2 hours. The waiting room was comfortable with hot drinks and water available as needed. The A/C was running well and I was helped with a problem on the navigation system. I got all necessary paper work on line and as a printed copy. Pleased with the service overall.

I took my car to the Honda Dealer in Hendon for its second year service. The car was thoroughly checked, and returned to me on the same day.

Very good communication. Booked a date, got reminders and form to fill in online beforehand with details of work. Kept updated throughout the day how service/MOT were going, including a video of the engine.
On first contact I was put through to Honda general office who were slow and weren't very clear about the service and quoted a higher rate than the Hendon branch. But this was sorted out locally.
Friendly and efficient

I had a small issue with my Honda Jazz tyre. The Brayley Honda Hendon service team helped me to fixed it quickly. I absolutely satisfied with them. I could wait to get the car in the nice waiting room and showroom. My plan return to them soon to choose the next Honda car.
