Brayleys Cars - Brayley Honda Bushey Omdömen 

Took my car to Honda Bushey at 12.30pm as I had a puncture round the corner from the garage.
They were able to change the tyre by the end of the day even though I was not booked in.

I was very appreciative of their service

I can't understand why you book your car in at 10am for a 2hour job you're told it may be ready at 4pm. The explanation (if ten cars turn up we haven't got ten technicians) doesn't really wash surely the job of a service manager is to manage what comes in so there isn't a sudden rush, the way it is you may as well have a free for all turn up whenever and take your chances

I love my new Honda. And the service and attention to detail at Brayleys is fantastic.
I’ve owned many cars from many brands and dealt with numerous dealers. Brayleys is certainly one of the best.

I would highly recommend both.

Overall everything was good. I recently changed the registration number on my car, which Brayleys handled for me. Unfortunately their ongoing systems did not register this and so my service confirmation and reminder texts still referred to the old number.
Neville who picks up and then returns my car always does an excellent job. He is so friendly and is a joy to deal with.
Miachael handled the admin on my service very efficiently and sorted the payment and my paperwork, well done

Catarina was very understanding and helped me through the process both in terms of the decision about which car was going to be the best option and with sorting out all the admin for the purchase. I would definitely recommend both Brayleys Cars in Bushey and Catarina as the sales adviser.

Seamless experience from ordering, trading in previous Honda to driving away a new Jazz. As a previous owner of Jazz cars I am not disappointed but pleased with the enhanced quality and features. Will return to garage for annual service as before. Thanks to all the great team.

Great service and very quick

No body answers the phone either on their main phone number or the number I was sent to my phone .I have dealt with Honda Bushey for 5 years and they used to be very good and efficient, but no more.
So for waited 30 minutes for someone to answer, but to no avail.
Was trying to book a service.

I've been a customer with this garage fror almost 40 years and have always found them efficient, helpful and reliable.....until Brayleys took over from Crown Motors.

GOOD: Care for my car still good but they failed to look at one concern I had raised about it.

BAD:
1) Impossible to get through by phone, no answerphone and no call-back option
2) E-mailing them results in a reply advising a call-back will be made but nothing happens
3) Was billed incorrectly and again, after great difficulty getting through by phone (call-back promised - didn't happen) and eventually got through to someone to be told I had to revisit the garage to receive my refund, despite having originally paid by phone

Seemingly they're now very disorganised, can't cope with their workload since Brayleys took over and have failed to maintain the good customer service that had previously existed, with internal communications woeful.

Neville picked up my car for a service and MOT,he was on time.
The next time I heard from Honda was when my car was ready to be delivered back.
Honda was so efficient and professional.
