I went to the Norwich branch which is my nearest and a 45 minute drive. We got to the shop around 10.30am and asked for a bra fitting the lady at the counter went on a radio and then said to me the next appointment wasn’t until 1pm even though the shop was empty, which wasn’t convenient for me. I wasn’t aware it was an appointment system. It does say in the shop to get a fitting whilst in the shop and I’ve just searched their website and doesn’t say there you have to book. I will try again but living rural sadly I don’t know when that will be.

I just wanted to say that I have just experienced a very high standard of customer service in the Brighton store today where I felt I was listened to. I had to return a bra today (the first I’ve ever needed to ever). I am very happy with all aspects of the business from the product to customer service and will continue to use the company for many years to come. My only wish is that you would stock clothing again as they were also very good.

Visited Leamington Spa store with my teenage daughter ( this is Mum) who had always been too anxious about a personal bra fitting service. I talked her round to make an appointment with Hayley, I have been a customer for years.
The whole experience was fantastic, as usual Hayley was professional but above all her personality and zest for her job shone as always.
I did catch the tail end of her previous customer experience in the waiting area and Hayley’s manner was warm and caring expressing for the customer to come back to her at anytime and not to be embarrassed. I thought that was an amazing thing to say.
By the end of our fitting session, my daughter was wipping bras on and off without a care and found some gems!

I have been a customer for many years. I had an issue with a bra. It's a style I have bought several times and enjoyed wearing in the past. The person on live chat was not helpful. She told me the issue was 'luck of the draw' and then ended the chat without so much as a 'can I help with anything else?' or even a goodbye. It may seem small to some but, Bravissimo have always had really excellent customer service and very friendly shop staff. If an issue arose you felt you could talk to them, be listened to. A safe space. Not so today.

I had an upsetting experience where the contents which I had ordered online, were stolen from my parcel. I contacted Bravissimo’s customer service online and spoke with Victoria. She went above and beyond to assist me to resolve this issue. She really went the extra mile to assist me. Thank you Bravissimo!

I have been using Bravissimo for a really long time (around 15-20 years).
I have had multiple fittings and shopped in store and online.
I always have a good experience and will continue to shop here for many more years I’m sure!
The live chat team are super helpful! I just wish I had a shop closer to where I live.

I have book a fitting session last minute, near the closing time (yes, I know)... and here comes Alina...
I found her pleasant and sweet with the lady ahead of me and she remains consistent with all customers.
Alina is patient, smiling, extremely professional and she has your attention.
She has the perfect word for every single customer she talks to.

DO NOT ORDER!
The worst experience, zero communication and no response from customer service. I have been waiting almost a month for my order ( I live in Ireland). I had to pay 15€ customs charge on top of my order and was not advised of this at checkout I got an email after to tell me. I still do not have my order it’s been almost two weeks since I paid the customs charge. Still trying to get in contact with the delivery service to get my order but they are refusing to deliver it since they attempted it once and no delivery note was left to let me know so they will send the parcel back in a few days if I do not collect it. Not worth the hassle at all. I will never order from here again.

I popped into the Cheltenham branch hoping to find a new skin tone bra. Two of the assistants were busy with other ladies, doing fittings etc. But they kindly accommodated me. It was a good job I decided to try the 2 bras, as the fit wasn’t great. So a smaller cup size was suggested, & that fitted perfectly, & looked very nice.
Such a helpful attentive young lady, I apologise for not recalling her name.
When I went to pay for my bra, I also received excellent service, & some additional help buying pants.
It’s always a nice experience going to Bravissimo in Cheltenham. And I’m always happy with my purchase.
Excellent service….I will definitely recommend!!

I visited the Solihull store today and was greeted by Hannah who was very pleasant and helpful, she pointed me in the direction of jasmine for a fitting I didn't even have to wait.
Jasmine was amazing she knew her stuff and fitted me very quickly, it was lovely to hear her singing when she was walking back to the fitting room, obviously enjoys her job.
Thank you to all the staff at Solihull the lady at the checkout was lovely too but I didn't get her name sorry.

Visited bravissimo brighton store for new work bra. Fantastic, professional & friendly service from Emma who looked up my size records on their system (been here before) & gave me an assortment of bra"s to try offering help at any time i needed it.
Highly recommend this store. Always have a ray of choices/store is always clean & inviting & changing rooms spotless.
Would not go anywhere else for my lingerie.

I went for a fitting today at the Liverpool store, staff were really friendly @ helpful, after years of wearing underwire bras, I have decided to start wearing a non wired bra, my new bra is so comfortable, with wide shoulder straps, it's so comfortable to wear I didn't take it off. The sales girl just took the price tag off @ scanned it.
The best thing I've done for myself is going to Bravissimo @ getting fitted. I have now converted to wearing a non wire bra.

Shout out to Hannah at the Leeds Victoria Quarter store. She was soooo friendly, caring and patient and understood all my concerns about finding the right items. I like how the staff go for the 'right feel' of the bra, as opposed to just numbers and letters. I was extremely nervous and scared to go and get measured after like...2 decades and 4 kids. But the experience was not pushy or intimidating, just calm and easy. The lady at the till was also lovely and pleasant. Keep up the good work!

I recently visited Bravissimo in Milton Keynes and had an upsetting experience with one of the staff members, I think her name badge said Rachael. I overheard a conversation on the shop floor that was both inappropriate and troubling. Her comments were not only racially insensitive but also downright nasty. I had always thought of Bravissimo as a welcoming and inclusive brand, but this encounter made me question their commitment to such values.
I understand that these things can sometimes be isolated incidents, but as a customer, it left me feeling uncomfortable and disheartened. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures that all staff members uphold the company's standards of respect and inclusivity.
Until then, I’m left reconsidering where I’ll take my business

Finally a bra that fits...I was reluctant to go for a fitting service as
my last experience (in a different high street shop) was so embarrassing...the woman looked at me and said "we don't do anything in your size". So I've been wearing ill-fitting,unflattering bras for years. I decided to try Bravissimo on a friend's recommendation. Emily made me feel immediately at ease. She asked what I had in mind. She returned with a bra,not only in a style I loved but also a PERFECT fit. Thank you Emily.

I visited the Solihull store today as I’d recently lost some weight and needed help with getting better fitting bras. The in store team were amazingly friendly and super helpful. Tamara was absolutely fantastic with my fitting, she was extremely patient and made me feel a million dollars as I tried on different options and helped me find my perfect size. Fantastic customer service it was a great experience.

Got a bra before I went on holiday back in October/ September. The lady was sure it fitted but after getting back from holiday this bra digs my ribcage and doesn't fit! What a waste of my money. Needless to say I won't be going again.
