Hannah at the till booked me in for my appointment, i came in on a whim as i go on holiday tomorrow morning but wanted to take a bra that “fitted” me after my favourites bra underwire had came out , id ordered another one off of asos in 32 G but it was poor fitting and super uncomfortable , the lady who fitted me ( long black hair in a plait & a purple top ) from the solihull branch was really professional and made me feel really comfortable when i was actually dreading the appointment after the last awkward bra fitting i had at ann summers .
When i say the actual bra has changed my life , i finally feel comfortable and unlike other bras i have worn you can’t see it through white t-shirts ! Im so pleased !!!

My Mum and I wanted to write this review vto offer Sara from the Solihull store our highest compliments for her attentive kindness and assistance as we looked for both everyday and sports bras. On two visits to the store Sara found us both a little apprehensive as Mum suspected that it was time to take on a new size. Not only did she work incredibly hard fetching all the sizes and styles (ensuring the fit was perfect – I doubt she would have let us walk out unless she was assured that it was the ‘winner’), she also soothed my Mum’s worries about a new bigger cup size. After leaving the store, Mum was uplifted (literally and emotionally 😂) Although a little nervous about her new size as the days and weeks went on, she came to realise how Sara had helped her find a new level of confidence with her bras.
Sara’s excellent service led us to return to the store again today, where she again dedicated her time, attention, and efforts to helping us find the perfect sports bra for Mum. Again, she ensured that the size was right and that it was suitably shockproof for all its necessary purposes. If you're in need of a great bra fitting, I, along with my mum, would not hesitate to recommend the wonderful ladies at Bravissimo Solihull.

I had been waiting for my weight loss to stabilize before trying out Bravissimo products and was excited when that moment came. I spent close to an hour trying to get my account properly created and trying to initiate a virtual fitting. Without success. I had intended to spend that amount of time shopping, not struggling with a horribly designed website. I did all of the above while talking to a lovely woman who tried very hard to help me, but the fact that she was unable to help shows just how bad the website is. I eventually had to hang up as I was extremely upset, and that experience made it difficult for me to manage the rest of my day. Not only that, when I tried to post a review on their terrible site, I was unable to, despite the fact that the review page urges customers (potential customers in my case) to post a review. Not surprising. I will look for a different company to shop with.
UPDATE: Bravissimo replied, but don't appear to have read and understood my review. I WAS on the phone with them literally the entire time of the occurence I have reviewed them for. I WAS trying to schedule a fitting. AS STATED PREVIOUSLY: The person I spoke with was lovely and clearly well-trained. They tried very hard to help but were also unsuccessful - despite trying numerous fixes. And again - as stated - the fact that their own employees can't work effectively with their website tells it all.

I’m writing based on the recent experiences of my daughter Kim, who has just spent several hundred pounds plus, in the Glasgow Branch. I’ve accompanied Kim on all three occasions to this shop, buying firstly the three bras and two bikinis; and then taking them back to refit with a better size and then once more back again to refit again! Kim firstly was measured by the worker to get her ‘best’ fit! And, then once home she tried on again but they felt uncomfortable so she did a Bravissimo video call and the worker on line looked at Kim wearing the bras / bikinis and agreed they were the wrong size.
Kim then had to go all the way back to the store (we stay miles away so meant car journey plus expensive parking in city centre). Kim changed them once again in the Glasgow store for different sizes, once again getting expertly fitted by a member of the fitting team.
Then once more Kim took them home. But guess what, they were not right - thus Kim had to go back to the store to be fitted again and to exchange!!
Kim is now on holiday but the new bras and swimwear do not fit. They are hurting her. But she has no other choice to wear these ill fitting garments.
They are also besides being the wrong size, poorly made. Wires and cups are not well designed.
I would say with all my heart that this company is not great at all. I’m extremely annoyed and disappointed. I contacted them via their web page but as yet not reply. Thus I’ve put a review here.

One of the girls in the Birmingham store, Ellie, was so lovely. She made my wife feel so comfortable and at ease when she went in.
My wife just went for a bra fit in Ann Summers and the team there were so rude to her.

Visited the store last night to get a fitting as pregnant. I came in looking for 2 bras (my usual style) and a bikini top. Lauren G helped me and couldn't have done anymore. Firstly, she converted me into liking a comfier bra and she bent over backwards to help. She also was super friendly and chatty and made me feel at ease. Thanks so much to Lauren G. AMAZING SERVICE!

What made my experience great? Madeleine. I called today to to follow up on an exchange I had arranged. I was given timeframe to work to, and when I hesitated as it was outside of ideally when I needed, Madeleine picked up on it and offered up a solution, for which I was so grateful.

Was so disappointed with my recent online shopping experience.
I bought a sports bra online on sale & had it delivered to store - took a long time compared to most other retail stores (about a week).
Collected it in store & asked the in store assistant if I could try it on in the changing room. When I tried it on the band was tight so the assistant kindly got me a size up.
When I went to the till, they said they were unable to offer a direct exchange at the same price as the offer had ended & I’d have to pay an additional £12. I’d already spent £30 odd quid which was top of my budget
Don’t understand why they can’t honour the OG price for exchanges especially as a) delivery was slow and b) their whole USP is around getting a bra that fits.

I've no idea why I've never been to your Manchester store because my stepdaughter Claire and I had a wonderful time there last week. We both needed new good-fitting swimsuits and I wanted to get fitted for a new bra. We were lucky enough to have Clodagh as our fitter and assistant and she was brilliant! The fitting was both painless and accurate (no nasty measuring or pulling and pushing), Clodagh informed me I wasn't a 36DD as I'd thought but a 34F and she was absolutely right. She brought me out a selection of lovely bras and swimsuits. Claire in the next door cubicle was having a similar experience and we were able to compare potential buys. The result was a great bikini for Claire which made her look like a Bond girl and I got two fantastic bras (I refused to take one off!) and details to order the swimsuit of my choice - as they didn't have it in stock - which I did easily online the next day. Clodagh really couldn't have been nice or more helpful but we found this echoed at the desk when we made our payments with two other great staff members. Really, you have a complete retail gem there! Bravo Bravissimo!

I visited the store in Bath and was hoping to try on some different styles in my size.
I took them to the desk to ask for my size. The adviser wrote each bra code, name, size and colour on a slip of paper (this was a long and painful process). In spite of the size I wished being written on this paper, she kept forgetting and asking me the same questions over and over.
I was then sent downstairs to wait on a sofa, until my choices had been brought out the stock room. Needless to say, I left the shop empty handed, as my time to try them on never came. I had “popped in” to buy myself some new bras without hassle. Instead, after 30 mins, I left.
They have tried to make a simple process, very very long and complex. Why on earth do you need my postcode to try on a bra?! I shall go back to M&S and pick a bra off the shelf and take it to the checkout!

I ordered something to the shop, a brand I had not tried so was allowed to try it there. I was told someone would check the fit but was left hanging waiting for a while (honestly it doesn’t take 5 minutes to put on a bra). Whilst it clearly didn’t look right, the shop assistant said it was the most perfect size for me in that range. I wanted to try on some others, the brand I usually wear but she simply disappeared to serve other customers and told me so when I asked her where the bras were that she was going to get for me. I left the shop after about 25 minutes empty-handed and hugely frustrated.

I visited your Norwich store today, it was quite late in the afternoon, nearly closing time and I entered the store to ask if I could be fitted for a bra. The lady on the counter was lovely, it was no problem at all,she arranged the fitting and I was then served by Emma.
Emma was so lovely, very helpful and knew which style to look for. I am a difficult customer but Emma showed great patience and remained professional the whole time. I left the store with 2 products, very happy and will definitely return. Those women are a credit to your company.

A couple of weeks ago, I was in the Newcastle branch (to take back a bra bought online). The assistant asked if I would like a fitting. As I had the time, I said yes. The lovely assistant in the changing rooms was excellent. She was looking after three of us at the time, and she was amazing - extremely knowledgeable, made lots of suggestions, happy to bring out more items to check sizes or styles. I bought two items which I am so happy with.
All the assistants in the shop are always helpful and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Absolutely great company; they provide a wonderful selection of bras for busty girls. Bravissimo has excellent high-quality brands. Their Bond Street store is a lovely place to visit It is easy to use their website, they have a lot of helpful information. Their customer service is very good. You can even get advice via email. Their deliveries are quick and discrete. I absolutely recommend them.
