I wanted to include a way for clients to pay
me through my website. This was not done because
the rep did not have complete or specific information.

Fast and reliable customer service .. All the departments work together and are great in resolving issues

I have been using brand rep for a few years now and have had nothing but a positive experience. It's easy to contact them to edit or update my website and to add or remove photos or anything else you need done. It's also very affordable for a yearly subscription compared to others.

Showed me things I never thought possible with my business.

Charles was awesome to work with he help my new company go in the right direction with my new business he was polite didn’t beat around the bush was honest and up front and was a pleasure to work with and highly recommend this company

Before we started using Brand Rep, we were at a standstill. No leads, no place to put potential patients, no organization, no advertisements working, our website was outdated, and so we were just wasting money and coming to a dead end.
It's been over a year now with Brand Rep and we are constantly getting new leads every day with their advertisements. With Brand Reps platform it allows precise organization easy reporting and audits, easy communication with Brand Reps team and on top of that, they updated our website to the 2025 standards to compete with everyone else. We would not be where we are today if it were not for Brand Reps direction and expertise.

I never leave bad reviews. ever. but I was told and the selling point was 10 days to be on Google at most. it took around 40 and when I was promised a call back I did not get them. there were a couple awesome reps and that is why there is 2 stars but as a whole not being able to get answers and told I would be receiving calls and not get them. I would keep getting pushed saying tomorrow or Monday.

Its been 6 months, thus far I’m impressed with one thing with this company: the sales team.

Where’s the discussion about growth and overall ranking on maps vs competitors?
Where are the videos we agreed you would post?
Where are the customer tracking?

The sales rep was awesome. Answered all our questions and we even decided to move our plan up from what we originally decided on.

They communicate and got my gooogle account fixed. And I have see. A different in my leads for work.

Well I'm still waiting for my website page to be made.

Brandrep is absolutely amazing. Charles is absolutely incredible. He takes the time to make sure I’m getting the jobs that I need and I want. Very kind always helpful. My business was slow before I got with Brandrep now my phone is ringing constantly. I’m getting so many jobs that it’s just amazing. Never thought I would get this many calls from just advertising. SCAMMERS!! Should’ve checked the reviews first. They promised for a service which they mever delivered. Tried to contact them, leave us on hold for 25 mins, and then some rude “supervisor” has the audacity to say that they are not going to refund $1500 becuase his team worked did some work, on something that we never asked for.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. again, little filthy scammers.

All together this company will not help your business. They will waste your time promise you the world and deliver nothing! Don't use this company for your advertising needs they are way over priced and they don't care about your success at all!

Absolutely the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with—Brandrep is a SCAM!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Stay FAR AWAY from Brandrep!

I’ve been a customer since 2017—almost 8 years!—and what a complete waste of time and money. Their salespeople are dedicated when they’re trying to take your money, but after that? Good luck getting ANY support. You can forget about speaking to a real person—no one answers the phone. The only way to contact them is through email, and even then, responses are slow, dismissive, or non-existent. It’s like they vanish as soon as your payment clears.

Here’s the worst part: My store has been listed on Google Maps for nearly 8 years, and guess what? It’s been marked as "PERMANENTLY CLOSED" for who knows how long! 😡😡😡 Brandrep was the ADMIN on my Google listing from day one, and they couldn’t even fix this major issue. This is beyond negligence—this is incompetence. I lost customers and revenue because of their failure, and they REFUSED to take responsibility or issue a refund. I had to wait ANOTHER YEAR dealing with this disaster.

Their prices? Sky-high. And for what? Absolutely nothing. There are plenty of other marketing companies out there that actually deliver on their promises. Brandrep? They just take your money and disappear.

They are unreliable, irresponsible, and downright deceitful. They don't care about their customers once they've got your money. Their so-called "contract" is a trap—they accept credit card payments but conveniently "can’t" issue refunds. RUN, don’t walk, away from this company.

Oh, and the leads they promised me? Total garbage. Not one of them was even remotely related to my business. I was tricked into thinking I was dealing with Google, only to find out at the end that it was Brandrep pulling the strings. This is a scam operation. Even the BBB doesn’t recommend them.

Save your money and your sanity. Don’t fall for their lies. Brandrep is a JOKE.
