I wish I could rate zero stars! Brand Rep is a joke, and provided ZERO services for the length of my contract. Could not get in touch with my rep, and could not get anyone to do anything. Run don’t walk from this terrible group.

This is a complete scam. They take your money and never reach back. I had an agent contact me to help me start my business I was new to all this his lied about everything saying I was going to get customers, that I was going to be on top search Google, yelp and it was a lie. I was on the phone for over 5 hours with this person the day he got me to pay $300 said was one payment and never heard of him till this day. Few months I got this company calling me saying to pay $900 more after they have taken already $600 without my cocent or any notice. To then call me someone saying that it was the manager or something like that from the company telling me I had a contract, I explain my situation I never heard from them since the first payment the agent never answer messages, calls or emails and the manager said that person has stopped working with them and that even tho they haven’t follow up with me or do nothing for my company or me. And I still have to pay $900 plush $900 to get out of this scam. With them not doing nothing for me. They were “managing “ my Google account and they took me off from Google meanwhile I did all the work and charging me $600 to be able to get it back on Google if not I can’t have it anymore. THIS IS A SCAM.
And their employee also was sending msg asking me out how unprofessional.

Save your money, save your business from this scam!!!

This happened on February they still haven’t resolved nothing and keep saying that even if I they didn’t do nothing for me I still have to pay.

I have been a customer of Brandrep since 2017. (almost 8 years!!!)
The seller is dedicated but you will not be able to contact by phone because no one will answer and the only way is by email, very annoying because they do not continue to take care of you after you have paid.

My store has been on Google Map for nearly 8 years but it is "PERMANENTLY CLOSED ."😡😡😡
Brandrep did not fix this serious error even though Brandrep was the Admin who registered with Google since the first days the store opened.

Brandrep did not refund anyone and I had to wait another year.

Their service price is not low, other marketing companies are very good in the market and I will stop being a loyal customer of this company.

They are an unreliable company, do not serve customers after taking money as advertised.
Irresponsible company, don't waste your money on them.

I have them now and it was one of the worst business decisions. Very disappointed, all they do is lie to you about helping your small business but just take your money. If I could give them a 0 star I would.

Worst company on the planet. Literally took my money and didn’t do nothing besides edit my google business. LITERALLY got no business from using them. It’s actually the opposite, once I cancelled I got more business then when I was using them.🤔 Not to mention the worst website design I’ve ever seen, Over $2,000 WASTED…. TRUST ME, DONT USE THIS COMPANY. A bunch of crooks, only care about the money. Once I cancelled, my website got shut down and redirects you to a different company, REALLY PETTY…. Wish I would have never used them. Plus when I called them to ask about my website they put me on hold for 4 IN A HALF HOURS. I hung up and gave up. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…

Great service and help ! Got my business up on Google like promised

They take your money and run. Signed up during the spring of 2024, with expectation from their "skilled" sales team that I would have a guaranteed number of great reviews and be able to be found on google search. I've been in business for over 11 years. I paid $1,500 for a 6 month trial. During that time, I got nothing from them. Just smoke in mirrors. I did my own work and effort to create legitimate reviews and presence on google search. They wanted to create a website so, whatever. I let them do it. It was included. Saw it later on, was cheesy as all get out.
After the 6 month trial, they charged my credit card $300 for the next month. I called them told them to cancel/close my account and don't charge me anymore. Said they would. Never did. Asked for credit back, and did not credit back. I removed them from my google account access already. Next month, same thing. Charged me again for $300, for doing nothing! Crooks!! So, $1,500 + unauthorized charges of $600 put my advertising at a wasted $2,100. They guy I talked to to cancel this was some sassy pretend to be classy sales guy. I wanted none of it. I wonder how many other people have been victim of this charade.

Let me say this, Brandon is amazing. He is what this company needs when it comes to resolving an issue for BrandReps clients. I give him 5 stars. He should train all employees as the standard. Let’s Go!!!

Brandrep is a scam company. We are an established Asian restaurant that’s been running our business for 28 years. Usually we wouldn’t consider running ads online but a series of events led us ran into Brandrep. First, a competitor business opened up just a couple door down from our business that caused our sale to decline 25%. Then, an online company wanted to partner with us and claimed our Google business listing. Later, we found out that we were not that interested in the partnership so we called Google seeking help to get our business profile back. Google rep told us that there’s not much we could do and suggested that we should get professional help. After that she transferred the call to Brandrep, and that’s when the nightmare begins. We paid them $1400 for getting our business profile back and optimizing our Google profile so that we can rank better among 20 other similar businesses in our area.

I actually called Brandrep wanting to cancel our contract the day after I signed up. But they promised that they would help my business profile ranked among the top so I went along with it. After waiting about a month and calling about three times, they haven’t gotten through with Google and claimed my business listing. I got frustrated, so I called my credit card company to dispute the charge from them. Unfortunately the charge is indisputable due to the agreement they had me signed on day 1. Apparently, I was still too naive for not reading the agreement terms before signing. The agreement states that I have one calendar day to cancel and receive full refund. After that, the signer forfeits the right to dispute even though their service may sucks. I think that’s how they legally scam you.

I couldn’t get my money back, so I had to call that online company to give me and Brandrep access to our business profile after agreeing the partnership with them. After giving Brandrep access to my business profile, their performance was miserable. They only listed our business in several directories, when asked if they could promote my business profile, I was told my business had to receive better reviews for a higher ranking. I’m mad that I got scammed $1400, more over I’m disgu**ed by Brandrep’s false advertising and empty promises. Guys, they are a scam, DON’T do business with them and sorry about the long story.
