This is the second holiday I have booked through Tara and both times she has given the best price. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Juliet organised our break and she did a fabulous job. The hotel was excellent and exactly as juliet told us. Bradley Travelstore somehow managed to get the trip cheaper than anyone else, thank you.

Nikki managed our booking and provided an excellent service. We were indecisive and various options were presented to us but Nikki understood our family requirements and was able to find us exactly what we wanted with a lot of patience and determination to get it right! Myself and my partner booked our trip to Dubai early December during constant government changes due to Covid. Adam stayed in contact with us constantly making sure we new all the latest guidelines giving us total pease of mind. Excellent service - responsive and gave good advice about hotels our family would enjoy. However, there appeared to have been a breakdown in communication between the agency and the hotel which meant that when we arrived it was clear that the agency had not told the hotel what we needed. It was soon resolved but led to the first day of the holiday being marred by the stress of not knowing whether the hotel was able to acommodate what we needed (which thankfully, eventually they were).

All was perfect!!! The best service!
