The first hernia belt I purchased had an adjustable waist band.
The first hernia belt I purchased had an adjustable waist belt which made it easy to get on, but the pad didn't go low enough to hit my low hernia. So, I ordered one with an adjustable pad which did reach my hernia, but didn't have an adjustable waist belt so it takes about 10 minutes to get it on because of trying to get it over my hips. If it had an adjustable waist band it would be perfect.

Inability to ship to my home in Thailand was disappointing
Seems like a great product. I live in Thailand, and when I filled in the information for shipping, the site simply gave no options for payment and said to choose a different shipping address. When I put my sister's address in Florida, the order was accepted. First, the lack of clear explanation about the issue is problematic. Second, the inability to arrange international delivery is frustrating. Third, I now have to wait until October, when I visit my sister, to start using the product (knee brace).

Unhappy with the return process. It was nine dollars shipping to get it to me in order for me to return it. I have to pay $8.10. They’re not gonna refund any of my shipping. I ordered the large, which is what it said would fit a size 8 to 9 and I’m an 8 1/2 could not even get my foot into it so I’m gonna hang onto it simply because I’m not gonna do all that stuff and have to pay more shipping to send it back unhappy, unhappy, unhappy will not order again

It was great to have a clear size chart for the braces and extended information about them. This was a great choice to get the back braces in the desired size. There are also several options for plantar fasciitis braces.

Product is Sized Incorrectly
I received a binder after my Herna surgery, which was a size LARGE. I ordered you XLARGE it two pieces that has been sewn together and it extremely shorter than the one I currently own. There is no stretchability in it. Very disappointment, will be returning it for a return.
