Well padded
Well padded! Just what I needed for my "popeye" elbow. Doing planks or any martial arts with my elbow was extremely painful. This is perfect!

The metal side brace hinges can NOT be…
The metal side brace hinges can NOT be removed as suggested for calibration. I bought the small size, as I am a short 5'-4"user. The upper part of the brace straps is so high on the back of my leg it would be impossible to wear for any length of time without getting a sore or blister. I had to leave my expandable pull on wrap on for it to feal even close to comfortable. I can barely feel the side (lateral) support. I plan to return the brace.

I haven't actually worn them yet but they seem to be very well made, I like the idea the hole is on the top of the foot instead of bottom. They were delivered a day later than the first notice. But that's ok. They were delivered to the right address.
