Bought mrs glam duo eyebrow pencil and it didn’t look to work but with the help of Deborah it was resolved almost instantly! Great customer service cannot fault them or the products 😊

Deborah was very helpful with correcting an order and colour matching me to send the correct colour(my error in original ordering)
The mascara is THE BEST ive used in a long time so will b using again without a doubt!!

I want to address this as it’s not the first time this has happened. I genuinely love the Bperfect brand, the collaborators involved, and the owner himself — it’s a brand I truly support.

Unfortunately, my experiences in the Blanchardstown store have not reflected this standard. On multiple visits, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, with staff appearing disengaged and lacking approachability. Certain interactions and non-verbal behaviour made the experience uncomfortable, which is disappointing compared to the professionalism the brand represents elsewhere.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as this appears to be an in-store customer service issue rather than a reflection of the brand as a whole

Was having a wee online error and they done everything to help , even said when I couldn’t get the deal to order and they would refund the remaining absolutely unreal customer service and so fast in response, can’t wait to use my new products ❤️❤️❤️👏🏻

I thought I was not going to have my items in time for my holidays, but after contacting Customer Services and explaining my predicament, I received an immediate response from Ann who very quickly sorted it and put my mind at ease. So a very big thank you Ann. Greatly appreciated

l ordered a product from this company before Christmas, but when I went to use it, it unfortunately didn't work. I reached out to customer service just to inform them and was hoping to either return it or get a replacement. The lady I was in contact with, her name is Ann. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by offering a replacement without requiring me to return the faulty product. I truly appreciate her thoughtful and prompt assistance. It's rare to receive such excellent customer service, and I’m grateful for the smooth, hassle-free experience. Ann in customer services was so so helpful and efficient, I had a query with my order and she sorted it straight away.

Can't fault customer service the pump didn't work initially, but I was told how to fix that really promptly . I'm ordering a slightly darker shade,as the one I chose was just a bit too light, I love the texture and coverage of the foundation.

Ann was great help and really lovely to deal with. Very quick at sorting the issue out.

I literally messed up my address, I have auto filled forms for years, so expected my full address to be there, well I was wrong it never put my house number, no idea why, but I got complacent and thought it did, so that's on me, but luckily this company was responsive, polite and dealt with the issue with no fuss at all, and im currently awaiting the arrival of my stuff, I offered to pay the second lot of postage but they never charged me, so thankyou very much, I will definitely buy again and will definitely check the address details are all presant and correct
