My Complaint and Warning: Unfair and Inhumane Treatment!

My experience at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the very first day, I was subjected to unjust and unfair treatment. The hotel management and security staff monitored me, falsely accused me, and manipulated the situation. To make matters worse, they even lied to the police, falsely portraying me and my family in a negative light. We were never truly treated as guests.Despite being the victims, the hotel staff completely denied everything and twisted the facts. Even when a store employee behaved aggressively towards us, we were somehow labeled as the problem. This place lacks basic human decency, compassion, and integrity.If the hotel’s CCTV and audio recording systems were actually working, the truth would have been clear. However, conveniently, no evidence could be “found.” Not a single staff member had the courage to speak the truth; instead, they spread false accusations to cover up their wrongdoing.I am a resident of the UK, someone who believes in justice and fairness. But after experiencing this manipulation and systematic mistreatment, my faith in justice has been deeply shaken. What I endured at this hotel was not just a ruined holiday—it was a violation of basic human rights.

When I reported this situation to the relevant authorities, the Haven manager responded to us in a manner that made it seem as if their employee had done nothing wrong and as if we had suddenly appeared and taken action. However, everything I experienced from the very first day was clearly visible and evident.

Moreover, my gestures, expressions, or different lifestyle were used to create the impression that I was lying, while in reality, I was shocked and manipulated by them. If there is ever a court case, we will closely observe who speaks without hesitation—because the truth will become undeniable.

I do not know if I have any safety or legal protection for making this statement, as they have spread false accusations about our family life to certain institutions in retaliation for my complaints against them. Even after I left Haven, they still knew about me.

I paid for a caravan holiday for my special needs kids when we got the caravan had not been cleaned till afternoon. Steps outside broke had them replaced window in bathroom would nit shut properly then toilet leaked their came out to fix it still leaked cupboards in kitchen needed cleaning inside cooker was nasty microwave dirty carpets need washing then had trouble trying to get into bed as gap at side of bed was so small . Nit enough plug sockets and no mattress protector

Butlins Skegness gold apartments unclean filthy food in premier dinning bad not cooked right or burnt as what ingredients in food miss something out get bad reaction to it they won't help Nealy killed my daughter July holiday April holiday last day I had bad fall cut my head broke my glasses hurt my knee done my ribs in couldn't get up shouting help cleaning staff came said she has had a fall leave her we come back later I was in hall near front door I had wriggle along the floor crying in pain to get in living room and try get up with the settee it's bad service don't go there

This review is too make people aware that this park is ripping people off during the booking process.

It's in the touring and camping section when you book there are 4 options 2 of which are electric TENT pitch accepts TENTS ONLY and Electric TOURING PITCH accepts Motor Homes/ Caravans and Tents, Both are exactly the same apart From you PAY MORE MONEY for the TENT ONLY pitch? You may think that because of the EXTRA MONEY for the TENT only pitch it would be in a TENT only area and a more premium area of the site? You'd be wrong the TENT ONLY area is on the worst area on park, It's on a pretty severe gradient, and according too Blue Dolphin Head of customer experience It's too small to get a Motorhome or Caravan on and no where near the toilet block I Asked both the Head of Customer Experiance at Blue Dolphin named Kim who was at best abrasive and wasn't prepared to give me a reasonable answer as too why the TENT ONLY pitch was more expensive and what extra features it had too demand the EXTRA COST , She immediately passed the buck and told me too contact Customer Services ? Wow speaks volumes too me that the Customer Experiance Manager wasn't prepared too deal with a customer issue even though I had already spoken too Customer Services and they told me too contact the site directly. At this point nobody at Haven can tell me or give me a reasonable answer as too what the extra money is for or what I'm getting extra for the money? Seams to me Blue Dolphine have seen a way of generating extra revenue whilst delivering a substandard product too their customer's! My Advice would be go too a different site there are plenty too choose from with Haven for instance Thornwick Bay, Nicer site and most definitely much more professional and nicer staff.

Update on car crash holiday. Home after 2 nights. Couldn’t take any more!

Arrived at 1530 immediately reported caravan was smelly, hairs on toilet and in fridge, sour milk spilled in fridge, stained carpets, couches covered in stains and food crumbs. Table surfaces sticky but most concerning was the blood and sweat stained mattress we were expected to sleep on. Once reported cleaners were there very fast which was great. I went to reception and when I explained about the mattresses response was “f sake” I was promised mattresses would be sent promptly. They arrived at 2155. With 2 year olds who needed to sleep and me chasing numerous times. So that was our first night wasted as sat in waiting for mattresses. Morning 1 we woke up and had swimming booked. Enjoying swimming and I had balls of poo float past me. (I understand out of havens control) but they sent a young boy in with a net and did NOT close the pool to have it cleaned. So that meant we would not be returning to swimming. Kids disappointed. That evening went to kids disco to be told we were not allowed in as needed a pass. Nowhere on my app or in entertainment booklet is this highlighted. It states “no need to book subject to change” night two back to caravan kids disappointed AGAIN. Woke up early hours of the morning to my niece crying as she was soaked through. Mattress soaked through from leak in roof. Her clothes and £60 pillow soaked. We packed and sat waiting for reception to open at 9am. Manager we spoke to gave us a full refund. She advised she would email her contact details incase I needed them ( she has not done this) I have no idea and very little hope my refund has been processed. She advised she could not compensate for damaged clothes or pillow but would offer us discount on our next stay at haven! Which will be NEVER. Vile disgusting and people will get sick from the poo in pool not being cleaned properly

I’ve been trying to change my address and password for literally hours following all the instructions but cannot do it .Tried the phone numerous times but too busy and referred back to website. .which doesn’t work .What ever has happened to Warners ? I can’t pay until my address is changed

I have been trying to get feedback from this company since October 2021 and NOTHING has been done. I have called on the phone and they say they have a huge increase of complaints since the new management. I filled in the online sheet as directed many times and still nothing. Multiple emails have been sent and still nothing. I spoke with a customer service lady in person and still nothing. Booking #12251179, or ONE of the 'support' ticket #1084484 (that is NOT shut!) if I can finally get any feedback from anyone that cares?

At Thoresby Hall

* Meals arrive in staggered formation so expect to eat alone
* I was promised some feedback help from the October trip and nothing has come back at all
* Half of the pool area is shut and bricked off
* Alot of the relaxation facilities are shut
* This is not a spa hotel - they do not have basics like a hot jacuzzi available
* Board games taken away

At Littlecoat

* The upgraded rooms are near kitchens so do not waste money as you will be woken at 6am with deliveries etc
* Dining room booking system does not work and you will be moved alot after confusion from staff and tables not clear
* Dining room is so hot you need a fan
* Swimming pool area is very poor with only a few chairs
* Private parking is false - anyone parks in bays
* Board games are scarce and pieces missing
* Lunches interrupted as they do not warn you of a £100 limit on cards
* Rooms have buckets in them catching water
* Games room is just a hall with no atmosphere
* Outdoor games that were booked were cancelled
* Limited activities on offer
* Cocktails removed from room without asking

They terrorise innocent family’s BEWARE

We had a incident on one of there haven parks the orchards st osyth were my daughter with special needs was threatened by a holiday guest so my husband asked what his problem was with my daughter and the man attacked my husband his wife attacked my 14 year old who also has special needs for trying to stop her husband from fighting with his dad the security interviened and walked the aggressive man away but restrained my husband and assaulted my disabled children whilst my five year old was crying so hard he was struggling to breath my daughter began to vomit with the stress and anxiety whilst she was being pushed by the manageress the security man broke my husbands thumb marked my 14 year old was shouting he didn’t care they had special needs it was bad parenting my children are in special schools it was so bad I phoned the police who were ok at first then began to laugh with the staff my children were distraught and didn’t know what was happening then we were cohurst into signing a statement that we wouldn’t take it any further because my husband wanted to press charges fir the security man attacking him and my son we were made to be the aggressors when we were the victims then we were sent home we’d had problems with the park from the Monday we arrived and we’re filing complaints and was already told to go home when we arrived because I complained about we couldn’t book anything despite paying £100 extra they discriminate against disabilities and also we’re we come from because they hate northerners. We were sent home at 4.30 to Liverpool with 4 distraught children who were traumatised we’ve been on hundreds of holidays and never had a issue. My point to complain about this company is I put a complaint in and these sent me a letter stating I wasn’t allowed to book another haven holiday because of what happened despite us requesting the police to look at the cameras were we were told they were broken this firm said the park phoned the police but it was me because the security man assaulted my child and my husband breaking his thumb in the process when I phoned this firm it states not taking any calls there one nasty a##e firm who should be shut down fir terrorising innocent family’s it was a disability holiday and staff were screaming they didn’t care they had disabilities the haven base is mostly fir chikdren a lot with special needs I’m seeking legal advice I don’t want to go to any haven site but it’s the principle of them not owning up for there mistakes and pushing it in innocent family’s to rob money from them THE FIRM IS A ABSOLUTE JOKE THAT NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN !!!!!!!!😡😡

A leopard’s spots are permanent but what about a cheater’s …?

In June 2013 we were cheated by Bourne Leisure over the sale of a caravan. Since that time this company has besmirched our characters in ways that are disgraceful, disgusting and totally unacceptable. This was achieved by:-

i) convincing the Financial Ombudsman that it had done nothing wrong, (which was not that difficult to do as it happened) and,

ii) three years later misleading a deputy district court judge.

We were further insulted when the solicitor working for this company applied for, and obtained, a charging order on our home in December 2018. However, these tactics are now spots and blemishes on Bourne Leisure’s ethos and reputation.

In yet another attempt to persuade his company to face up to the truth of what had taken place and how we were cheated, I have written to Mr Paul Flaum, CEO of Bourne Leisure, the following:-

‘In my email to you of 22nd March 2021 I asked if you would be informing Blackstone about the charging order on our home or should I do so? As it is almost a month later and you have not responded to my query I will also send this email to Stephen Schwarzman, the CEO of Blackstone, by separate cover as I am more than disgusted about the way we have been treated by Bourne Leisure and the fact that you have persistently failed to reply to the emails I have sent to you over many months.

‘As you ought to know (from the emails you have not replied to) this dispute goes back to June 2013 when a caravan was ‘sold’ to us under false pretenses as its true value was a lot less than we had understood it to be. Although the terms and conditions of the Black Horse hire purchase agreement drawn up on the 11th June 2013 clearly stated that the “goods” were only the Atlas Moonstone caravan, in reality this was a lie as the additional Bourne Leisure documents presented to us on the 14th July clearly showed.

‘The management at Bourne Leisure must have known what it was doing was wrong otherwise we would have been shown these documents before the hire purchase was set up and not over a month later. However, in legal documents and the court, we were falsely accused of wrongdoing and it was also claimed we knew exactly what was included in the £21,995.00 – which was another lie, because on the 11th June we did not know and it was obvious that we were not meant to know at that time.

‘In view of the changed circumstances vis-a-vis the fact that site fees and other service charges are no longer included as part of the ‘cash price’ of caravans sold by your company I request that you now instruct your solicitors, Hill Dickinson, to apply to the court to have the charging order removed from our property forthwith.’
