Order of a spare part for a stokke xplory stroller
I ordered a bumper for my son's stokke xplory stroller, to my surprise it was dispatched a week after I ordered it, even though it normally takes 4 to 6 weeks, the delivery was fast too!. I highly recommend this seller!!!!

Fast delivery, genuine products, great customer service!
I ordered an Ergobaby carrier from Born for a friend. Born are a genuine supplier of Ergobaby, no fakes. They estimated that the product would be delivered within 3 - 5 working days of ordering, in fact it was delivered just 2 working days later!! The personal hand written note with the parcel really is a nice touch and makes you realise that they really do care about their business and customers! I would recommend Born to anyone. A great experience.

Very pleased!
Really pleased with my first experience of buying goods from Born. I wanted to call customer services before ordering and found the staff to be lovely and helpful.
Ordering was easy and deliver was quicker than expected and beautifully packaged.
Will definitely order from them again.

Love this shop
For different reason I went in to the shop for advice, the staff always been really helpful. Is always been more than a shop, this is why is a special place. They helped me with the breastfeeding, with 'no getting enough sleep', with carrier, staff also cheered me up, when I felt really low.
I just can say Thank you!

Great customer service
Really impressed with product range and great customer service in confirmation of order and knowing delivery info etc. I was also informed that my item had been used for display in case this caused me any concerns prior to it being dispatched. I have ordered again but did think more postage options would be good for small and light items as £5 seems quite expensive.

Happy I finally received my purchase but the service Or should I stay lack of one was not what I was excepting having been recommended by friends only after a email from myself did the Customer service bother to look into for me the offer of a discount card for future ha ha use was still sent to me but as I explained at the time was not required so ended up in my recycle bin you lost one customer hope things improve for future ones

We did email on numerous occasions to let you know about the delay at the suppliers end, which was out of our control. We also investigated all other known suppliers for you to try and source the item sooner and discussed a range of options for you. We do not hold this stock physically preferring to work closely with the supplier to provide Born customers with the most up to date versions and colours available. This can entail longer dispatch times and as a business we try hard to make our customers aware of this when they purchase and offering them regular updates. We are passing your feedback to the supplier and working on making extended dispatch times clearer for customers. Thank you.

i found the product i wanted, i ordered it from born and they delivered it. simple. and thus quite pleasant.
even better they havent spammed me everyday with emails which so many companies do once you've made a purchase.
so all in all great
