The audiologist
The audiologist, Disha, was courteous, engaging and knowledgeable. She explained the procedures clearly and was helpful with her suggestions for the most appropriate choice of hearing aids. I’m very satisfied with my experience and with the effectiveness of the products.

Better experience.
It's not my first hearing aids that I have bought but the first with boots. I've already had a far better experience than as previous. I've a far better understanding of how to look after them and silly as it sounds, how to use them.
