A very professional service and thorough hearing check. Everything was explained and the equipment used was very good. The Audiologist was excellent and very professional and relaxed and reassuring.

VERY good experience/service.
Very good experience/service. i had a hearing test, fitted with a pair of hearing aids to try,they worked far far better than the NHS hearing aids i had,much more comfortable,sound quality, i decided to purchase a pair,only time will tell if the right choice.

Sheena was very thorough
Sheena was very thorough, made me very comfortable and relaxed. Everything was explained clearly and examples of hearing aids and prices shown.
The actual hearing test in the booth was good but I could hear noise behind the booth of staff in the shop so likely missed a few ‘beeps’.

Boots Riverside Norwich audiologist is excellent
The audiologist was excellent she showed me all the tests she had taken nothing was to much trouble. She was patient and informative. She had arranged an appointment for two weeks for the aids my brain to adjust to them.

I didn't think I was hard at hearing…
I didn't think I was hard at hearing that much ,but aftermy 75 min test I now know I am . The lady was good at explaining after tests , had a try with the aids in the shop which was good but when she took them off it felf like I was in a cardboard box , can't wait to get my aids now ... thank you
