I’ve just had a 2 year review of my Phonak hearing aids and I have to say I am delighted with the after sales customer care.
I did not expect a full hearing test and a software update, resulting in an accurate update of my programs. Moreover, the hearing care specialist, Lucy Smith, took a lot of time and trouble to get things just right.
I felt welcome and unhurried. Great service, thanks Lucy!

Lucy Smith - great customer service
Lucy obtained a replacement hearing aid for me following the battery failing to charge. She sent away last week and yesterday contacted me to say she had got the replacement and had made me an appointment for 10.45 this morning. She reprogramed both and checked they were working well, and I was back to 100% hearing again! Highly recommend Lucy.
