Boots Hearingcare - Hornchurch Omdömen 

The whole experience was seamless, we were early for my appointment, but I was comfortable waiting. The audiologist was extremely good, provided all the information required. The test was carried out and the results explained clearly. The selection of aids fully detailed pros/cons etc. At no time did we fell any "sales" pressure and pleasantly surprised at the cost.

This was my first hearing aid experience. Everything was explained to me clearly from the test to the options I could buy. I wasn't rushed and any questions I had were answered. I was able to trial a hearing aid to see how I felt. When I picked up my hearing aid I was shown how to put it in, change filters ect. I'm very happy with my hearing aid and would recommend using boots hearing care as I felt they really did care.

Poor after sales service

My husband and I both need hearing aids. On arrival at the store we were met by happy, helpful staff. Seen by Joanna the audiologist who was covering from their Chelmsford store. She was patient, knowledgeable, and personable. We never felt rushed or pressured and all our questions were answered efficiently.

Helpful service

As always Shiva is the absolute professional having firstly dealt with my mother.
She explained the test and how the hearing aids work very clearly and thoroughly.

Took time and explained everything being done for hearing tests and different extras to be added if needed for hearing aid use and prices and discounts.

Experienced an unhelpful front of house receptionist. Who had no idea about the issue that was being discussed as she had no experience of the problem due to being unqualified in the field of audiology. The receptionist showed more interest in handing out a leaflet. An obstructive and unhelpful individual. Audiologists can and do give a patient direction and alternatives choices which saves a patient time and stress and allows a patient to research any alternatives before an appointment. Speeding up the time for treatment and the audiology service. A perverse and a difficult attitude by a receptionist is not expected when an individual arrives at a service for help with their problems.
When informed that at another Boots audiologists the audiologist was very helpful the reply was go back to ....... then

My hearing has developed a couple of problems . I have now been ordered a new one as a replacement which I have an appointment for next week.

I took my 91 year old auntie to get hearing aids after an exasperating experience with the nhs I cannot recommend enough the expert and considerate care that we have received at the Hornchurch branch of Boots hearing care. It’s an 11 out of 10 from us!

Lovely audiologist, thorough hearing test and hearing aid consultation.
