Excellent service, kind, compassionate and patient audiologist.

The audiologist offered outstanding advice, experience, friendliness, and knowledge. Superb in every way. I would truly recommend the audiologist I had, and I very much appreciated that it was the same specialist at every appointment.

Hannah is amazing and guided me through every aspect of the hearing test, aids fitting and programming and settling up Bluetooth. I now have the most up to date hearing aids on the market and I'm thrilled to bits- such a boon to my life

Rediculous amount of individual emails each giving information sent giving info ref hearing aids , tests and available help Same info if sent in one go as a booklet would make much more sense

The staff at Boots are so very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I have had three experiences in the past 12 months, the last appointment being on Tuesday 11th August 2026, when Hannah reviewed my experience with the Roger pen, purchased last month.

My mum was made to feel very calm and at ease. The audiologist was very kind and caring. I felt he was trying to help my mum not sell us a product.
I cannot wait for her new hearing aids. It will make such a difference to all our family and best of all Mum.

Very informative and knowledgeable. Felt secure in my choice of product and happy with answers to all my questions. Finance easy and relatively quick to process. Only comment, would be good if connecting my phone was part of the introduction and initial process as s vital day to day need.

Everything was explained very clearly and I didn’t feel that I was pressurised into making any rash decisions . Hannah has a charming manner and is very approachable.

Hannah was so thorough and professional and followed up the appointment with an email offering any ongoing help and support as I became accustomed to wearing the aids. All aspects of the tests were very clearly explained making the whole process easier to understand and what to expect. First class all round.

Easy to book appointment which was extremely thorough with a very professional and patient clinician, Hannah. I was able to test the hearing aid around the shopping centre to ensure I was happy with them before purchase.
