To be really honest, my experience didn't start out so well as, although Catherine, my audiologist, was great, really knowledgeable, my all-singing, all-dancing, hi-tech hearing aids just wouldn't work! I cannot fault Catherine's after sales service and support, however, as she sorted it all out - no quibbles or excuses - just immediate action. My new, replacement hearing aids are wonderful!

Excellent service & Positive experience
Excellent service from Catherine at the Epsom Branch. From my initial consultation to my hearing aid fitting, the customer service I received was second to none. Everything was explained in full, from the results of my hearing test to the pros and cons of each device. Unlike other providers, there was absolutely no hard sell. At no time did I feel under pressure to make a purchase or take on any finance plans. I was left to make an informed decision based on my needs and the products best suited to me. I can't fault the experience I received.

Professionally carried out.
Everything about the tests and advice was given in a thoroughly professional manner. I will be trying some new different types of hearing aids. Although, I think they can be bought cheaper elsewhere.
