Victoria provided an excellent service
Victoria provided an excellent service. She was very kind, understanding and patient, listening to all my concerns about my hearing. She explained the procedure throughly and explained the results, offering appropriate advice and provided a referral letter to give to my GP. I would highly recommend this service if you have any concerns about your hearing. Boots is very lucky to have Victoria as a Hearingcare Specialist, she was a delight! Thank you Victoria!!

Would 100% recommend
Would 100% recommend. Very professional, quick appointments and didn't feel under pressure to buy. You can probably get hearing aids cheaper but having confidence that they are making good recommendations makes a huge difference.

My first experience with Boots…
My first experience with Boots Hearingcare and although I have used opticians for nmavy years, I didn't know what to expect. I was well looked after, a very good service with friendly staff. The consultation was easy, very helpful and informative and I was able within two visits to make a purchase that I am happy with. Thank you and I look forward to an excellent ongoing relationship!
