So far can’t fault the service I have had. Janine at Colchester goes out of her way to make sure you have the best experience. 5 stars to her.

This was a follow up visit

This was a follow up visit for the new hearing aids. We discussed my experience with them and my questions were answered. I had the moulded ear pieces taken and will return to pick them up in October. At all times I have found Boots and my consultant to be very professional and knowledgeable and would recommend them. Thank you

My hearing experience out loud

I found Janine ( Boots consultant ) most efficient, completely at ease and confident in her work skills, and very empathetic in dealing with me and my requirements.

On my second visit, she listened to what I had to say about my experience to date, and was most helpful and friendly. A level of service not often found these days.

In this world today personal contact is…

In this world today personal contact is most important especially in situations which require important decisions.
You have managed this by giving customers time and information regarding our hearing deterioration over a number of years and providing the solution for each person, both the cost and support afterwards.
I thank you for the patience given by your staff and for the explanation and guidance given, without this I would not have bothered.
