I was always seen on time by friendly, helpful staff and they advised me of my options for improving my hearing. The only issue I had was one of my original hearing aids appeared to have a problem. This was quickly rectified with a new pair of aids that appear to be working fine.

I had a problem with my hearing aids and was told by the call centre to drop them off at my local Boots hearing care in Chester. The problem was rectified within a couple of hours and I was able to resume wearing them with minimal disruption. Thank you Stuart for your great customer service delivered with sympathy and a smile! I was treated with respect and fully informed what the hearing test would involve. My questions were full answered and the type of hearing aid most suitable and why. I was allowed to walk around the store with a sample pair to see if I could cope with the changes in hearing and intonation. The change was amazing and I felt fully connected with my surroundings. I look forward to collecting my own pair in a couple of days.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Grace the audiologist who I saw was very professional, understanding, polite and explained everything clearly about the situation with my hearing. The tests I have had were well executed, however I did struggle with the American lady on the tape, I thought it would have been more appropriate to have an English accent. I now await my hearing aids.

Totally recommend Boots hearing service. No pressure explained the benefits of all the hearing aids from internally in the ear (hidden) which i chose and the normal over the ear. My audiologist Jonathan in Chester branch was great hope to have my hearing aid in the next few weeks !!!
