Good hearing test service but hearing aids ridiculously expensive compared to competitors. For example Infinio hearing aids about £1000 cheaper for the exact same model at another high street store. Stay clear unless you want to pay well over the odds!

The whole experience was so much better than I had anticipated. Getting old and infirm is not easy but the treatment I received was so unhurried, gentle and I really felt I was tested well and felt very happy with the whole procedure.

The annual visit was OK
The annual visit was OK. Relatively brief, and now my hearing aids are a little all over the place. BUT my big gripe is that I have emailed Boots Hearing twice to ask about having moulds fitted to my existing hearing aids, and there hasn't been a response. What do I have to do to get them to contact me, apart from going in to make an appointment at the boots in town and then coming back and waiting for an appointment? Come on, boots. Respond to emails ! ! ! ! ! !
