I have suffered with Tinnitus for many years.
Since being fitted with my new hearing aids the noise has reduced significantly. I am delighted.
The service and care I received was outstanding.
I can hear things that I have not heard for years - it has made a great difference.

The full range of aids where not available to view. I felt I was sold hearing aids, rather than choosing them. This led me to change my order days later. Overall the experience was OK.

The lady was very understanding, very polite, and lovely.
She was great with my Mum who is 86, and very deaf.
Everything was explained clearly, my Mum felt wonderful coming out that she could finally come to family gatherings once again and feel part of it.
Roll on Tuesday when she will be collecting her hearing aid which she tried, and that brought a very big smile to her face. Hopefully no more complaints from neighbors about the TV being too loud.

Audiologist and wax removal services at Broughton are excellent. For 4 years I used the Phonak Audeo M which was really good but the New version of Phonak Audeo L-R/RT is amazing. The support at Broughton continues for customers after the long warranty period expires. Lovely people to deal with.

The audiologist was friendly, thorough and professional, frequently asking me whether I had understood the procedure and if I had any further questions. I have just had my follow up fitting check and have another in a couple weeks and further appointments until I am completely satisfied. These are my first hearing aids and I can’t believe the difference they have made to me.
