Great team, very polite and knowledgable.

The appointment was good I was very happy with the service, and Rowa the specialist was great.

The hearing test was very thorough and everything was clearly explained to me. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The hearing aids suggested, were smaller than expected and has been very comfortable to wear ever since.

Rowa is Incredibly lovely, very attentive and has a beautiful bubbly personality, made me feel at ease. Had an amazing conversation, Can talk to her for hours. What an amazing lady. If you ever book i recommend her.

An excellent professional seamless experience. I now have 2 behind the ear rechargeable hearing aids that have greatly improved my hearing.

I was seen by Rawah and she was attentive, thorough and made me feel at ease straight away. She was happy to answer all my questions, and explain my results to me in a way which I could understand and remember! I've left with clear steps of what I need to do next and armed with lots of information thanks to the leaflets she gave me! Would highly recommend!

The person that attended to me was very polite, patient, supportive and a good guide in choosing my hearing aids.

I am profoundly hard of hearing it means I avoid situation where there are groups of hearing.Zainab at Brent X has
always been very patient and understanding she has a very big following. She told me she could help me improve my issues so I could live a normal life and purchase a Roger 3 ON.I did as she said and I can hear as I did before being deaf, It's brilliant .Zainab is lovely person and a brilliant audiologist.

Went through steps for choosing a hearing aid suitable for my needs.
Trialled a pair for a short while, seemed to make everything clearer and less effort straining to hear when in a noisy area of the shopping centre.
All very logical and questions answered.
Just waiting for hearing aid to be manufactured.
The real test will be how much of a difference they will make in my life style.

Extremely comprehensive hearing check by a very competent patient and caring advisor . She explained exactly what what form the test would take afterwards a very detailed result of my test.I was very impressed and will def encourage anyone with hearing loss to go to Boots and check it out.

After waiting months for my appointment I received a text message cancelling the appointment on the same day. Absolutely disgraceful!. I've had to rebook but the next appointment is five weeks away.

From the moment I arrived, she was efficient and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained the details of the test and the results in a very clear, informative manner, providing valuable advice on next steps. Zainab’s communication skills were very good she was not only thorough but also friendly and patient, ensuring that I fully understood everything. Her professional and reassuring approach made the test go smoothly and stress-free.

It was fine when I was with you. The audiologist was pleasant and knowledgable. Your appointments system is rubbish. I get multiple times and dates for the same purpose!
