Boots Hearingcare - Belfast - Donegall Place Omdömen 

I received this reminder, having already completed my review I submit it again as follows:
Staff are very well informed about products and services. At each appointment I have consistently received a genuinely warm welcome and a friendly service. I have had every one of my questions addressed to my satisfaction. There is a special soundproof testing booth which not all hearing testing centres have so this is good to see. At an earlier appointment, I asked about REM testing to fine tune hearing aids to individual prescription requirements, which essentialy enables the ability to provide the difference between "tailor made and off-the-peg" solutions to hearing needs; particularly when purchasing top of the range hearing aids which obviously have that capability. I was relieved to hear that this is due to be available by my first review.
If I may suggest, I think it would be extremely helpful indeed to have actual, demonstration, behind-the-ear (empty) cases made up in the range of colours available, to enable one to see a more realistic colour. This was the main reason for my return visit today, as I had become concerned about my choice, having chosen from a flat plastic example which I now see definitely does not clearly represent the actual colour of Sand Beige. This is not helped by photos on the internet. Luckily I was able to see a sample today which confirmed my choice of this colour. Considering everything about the service provision at Boots Hearingcare, Donegall Place Belfast, I am extremely pleased to have made the decision to travel to this particular store. Nothing was too much trouble and the service provided by my audiologist was above and beyond expectation. Many thanks.

I needed to update my hearing aids around end of June, and was seen by Lynne. Absolutely fantastic and totally delighted with them. Lynne was so knowledgeable and helped me pick the type of hearing aids that were best suited to my needs. Went on holidays for 2 weeks in July, but 1 of the hearing aids stopped working on the 2nd day. On my return, got an appointment almost immediately. I seen Lynne again, and she was so helpful and sorted everything out in minutes. I can't thank her enough !! Now I'm back to great hearing again and can not fault Boots Hearing Care in anyway, a great service.

Great experience with Boots hearingcare Belfast. So easy to get an appointment and very little time to wait. From the hearing test to fitment of my new hearing aids was done in a very timely manner. My consultant Esther was excellent, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Time was taken to explain all aspects of my hearing needs and the range of options available to me. In addition the frequent reviews and adjustments, where necessary, were very reassuring. Also the cost was very competitive and several options of payment were made available. I can’t praise the service provided high enough. Thank you!!! :)

Comfortable surroundings and an empathetic audiologist made me confident that I would get the best solution for my hearing loss.
Testing was straightforward, followed by a comprehensive explanation of my hearing limitations and the various levels of sound management options possible, to suit my lifestyle. The 3 month 'test drive' period to see if I've made the right choice is really helpful.
Several days later, the fitting session was a thorough and re-assuring introduction to wearing, cleaning and charging my new hearing aids.
The Hearingcare clinic is in the city centre. When I arrived home, in the suburbs, I heard a volume of birdsong which I must have been missing for a number of years.

Aftercare very good and staff attentive and helpful.

I received superb service at boots today in Belfast from Karen and Esther. They could not have looked after me better. It was a very last moment appointment as my hearing aid had stopped working and I was going to be away with no functioning hearing aid. I was so relieved they helped me out and I can now hear and be part of the world again!
