Très en colère car nous avons réservé jeudi 9 avril au soir un taxi qui n'est jamais venu pour 0.10 centimes on n'allait rien dire mais aujourd'hui dimanche voir son compte débité de 39 euros ça nous met en colère marre de se faire b

Bookeo is booking software for businesses. It is not a travel agency as shown here. Many of these negative reviews are for a company named Bookeo24, which does appear to be a scam, but is in no way affiliated with Bookeo.com. Bookeo is a reputable company with thousands of happy customers all around the world. I have worked for Bookeo, but I am not a spokesperson. I just wanted to let people know that most of these reviews are not for Bookeo.

Il 14 febbraio 2026 abbiamo prenotato un taxi alla stazione ferroviaria di Peschiera del Garda. Il tempo di attesa era meno di 10 minuti ed il taxi si è presentato dopo 30 minuti. La prenotazione è stata effettuata con carta di credito con verifica di € 0,10 ma il taxi è stato saldato in contanti per circa € 15/20. Adesso mi sono trovato un addebito di € 39. Pessimi.

I booked a taxi to collect me from a hotel in Germany to go to the airport and it never showed up. I then rang around local taxi firms and now have to wait an hour for a taxi. They had a call from Bookeo at the same time I was on the line. bookeo had never made anreservation despite having an email confirmation.
I may miss my flight home. I am seething and now very stressed.

SCAM. Tried (and failed) to book a taxi with them. They took a .09E payment, then they tried to take £35ish which my bank blocked. Customer 'service' facility seems fake - no responses.

I cancelled my reservation 10 minutes after i reserved AND still had to pay the drive !!!!! So wrote the customer service, have no news.... It was also written it can cost 14 euros ... they took me 38 euros !!!

Ho prenotato un taxi a Bologna, che non è mai arrivato, mi sono stati addebitati 0,10 centesimi e poi mi hanno addebitato anche 39 €, chiedo subito il rimborso , io non ho fatto nessun abbonamento !!! Mi hanno scritto
 al momento della prenotazione che il taxi era disponibile, una bugia , rimborso subito , da denuncia

I truffatori che ti rubano soldi con abbonamenti nn richiesti andate a lavorare anziché rubare soldi penosi che schifo!!!!!

Scam, scam, scam. Avoid at all costs!!

No support via phone. Was told I could schedule a call then they didn't honour it. Makes you jump through hoops and don't want to answer queries.
Definitely go elsewhere to a reputable company who want your business and will work for it. Happy to spend hours exchanging emails when a 5 minute phone call would sort it out.

We joined Bookeo because its cheap. Its not good and there have always been problems but now they have deleted all our members. DELETED ALL OUR MEMBERS! The huge cost of time and money to our business is enormous. All we got was a 'Its not possible to undo, sorry' Not even the hint they'd tried to rectify the problem or a proper apology. Avoid this incompetent bunch. Its not worth saving a few pounds it will cost you huge amounts of time and maybe all your customers.

I have been using Bookeo to manage my business for a year now and it is without doubt one of the most frustrating experiences out there.

There is little to no customer support on this platform, it is as if it was set up and still runs out of a bedroom in someones parents house. There are levels of 'help articles', but they are not very good and there is hardly any offsite help on the wider web.

The UI is exceptionally clunky and outdated - think mid naughties - and this serves to confuse both the user and customer. The set up of bookable events is not straight forward and nor is setting up future events. e.g. Trying to add new events/classes in the same venues with different prices always results in old prices changing and either unlawfully crediting peoples accounts with the difference or logging back in a few days later to discover all the new classes you set up have deleted themselves.

On top of this there is no way to effectively test changes. They have a test button which allows you to go half way through the test process but does not allow you to complete a transaction. Other changes you make will also be deployed to your live site (if it is embedded) and you just have to hope they have worked.

Me and 100's of my of fellow franchisee's are waiting on our own in house solution to be built so that we can stop using it for good.

I could give you a wry balanced opinion of what it does well, but to be frank - it is too outdated to achieve anything well now. I am sure that some people are using this product to suits their needs, but if you have anything more than a 1 price one event/show/class it will get very frustrating indeed.

My advice to Bookeo is to pick yourself up, have an overhaul of the platform and join us in the present decade.
