Pure scum/scam! I booked through them thinking I was going directly through the hotel. When I got to the hotel, they had no record of a reservation for that night. In looking deeper they realized that although my confirmation letter from them stated the correct booking date, the agent booked it the day before when we weren't even in town! Of course no one picks up the phone when I tried to call and remedy the situation. I listened to music for 45 mins and then just hung up. Ruined our whole trip!!

THIEVES! Thought I was talking to the actual Hampton Inn. We had a reservation that we canceled due to weather. Called and emailed. We have email confirmation of the cancellation. They charged us anyway. $253, and refused to refund.

Site poses as the actual hotel and then makes the reservation which you cannot cancel because its in the company's name. Had to cancel my credit card to stop the payment. This review will probably not help because when you purchase the reservation you think you are making it through the hotel.
Getting this fixed as a nightmare since there are multiple phone numbers as this goes through several parties. I'm a careful shopper, but was fooled by this group.

These people are a bunch of Thieves. They are tapping into motels websites and stealing their customers money. I have had the manager of the Hilton in Salt Lake contact these people nearly 20 times to get my money back with no results. Absolutely nothing but Liars and criminals.

I thought I was booking with the hotel but wasn't. They quoted my price so I booked but on checking my bank account significantly more money had been taken, when I queried they had quoted me US$ not Au$ but neglected to tell me that. The booking was non refundable and they advised their 'hotel partner' which was BS declined the request to refund the full amount and cancel the booking. Do not go near these people!!
Web Beds STOLE $260
I booked a hotel room unaware it was even through web beds as it appeared to me through Expedia. I arrive at the hotel and the hotel states that web beds is not paying them... they can not get the payment to come through from web beds... they try calling and nobody answers. The hotel has no choice but to say they can't accept the reservation and have to cancel it and that they will try to help me get a refund from web beds who has charged my account for the reservation that the hotel can not honor because the web beds payment is not going through to the hotel. So Web meds charged me for a room - failed to pay the hotel so I could get the room - and evaded the hotel's efforts on my behalf to help me get refunded. Web beds customer service keeps giving me the run around "oh we are working on it" then finally messages me they can't get the refund because hotels have strict policies. I again forward the hotel email to web beds stating that the hotel had to cancel my reservation due to wen. beds not paying and I should receive refund. Web beds totally lied. The hotel emailed web beds and copied me on the email and the hotel tried calling web beds. I am now having my attorney go after then for the $260 reservation that they took from me then failed to pay the hotel so that I had no room.
Be aware you are booking thru 3rd party
I was aware that I booked thru a thirdparty. I asked Webbeds to give me the booking # the hotel had, and I was given that promptly. After which I could reavh the hotel directly. The hotel was lovely and exactly what I wanted. And when I had a problem with the airport transfer, booked thru Webbeds, they offered me compensation. It didn't take long for them to answer my mail. So as long as you are aware that webbeds are a thirdparty service provider, every thing works out nicely. That's my experience.

I booked a hotel through WebBeds specifically because it advertised a swimming pool — a key feature for our family trip with kids. When we arrived, we were shocked to discover that the hotel had no pool at all. This was the main reason we chose the property, and it completely ruined the experience from the moment we checked in. I immediately called WebBeds expecting a quick resolution, but instead, I was met with blame-shifting and zero accountability. They pointed fingers at the hotel’s website, claiming it wasn’t their fault, even though I booked through their platform and relied on the information they provided.
What followed was an exhausting and frustrating hour-long phone call where no one from WebBeds offered any help, support, or even basic empathy. They refused to cancel the reservation, didn’t offer an alternative, and worst of all — blamed us for having checked in, as if we were supposed to know they had misrepresented the listing. My kids were devastated after being promised a pool, and the excitement of the trip was completely drained. This was a terrible experience, and I’ll never use WebBeds again. Their lack of responsibility and refusal to make things right was truly appalling.

I have been trying for 6 weeks now to get refund that Accor hotels has happily approved but say I need to get it from WebBeds. I have emailed multiple times with no resolution offered. The same as the other reviews I thought I was booking directly with the hotel.

I had and interview (IT Frontend) with them and they said they care a lot about the customers. They care so much that all reviews in here are 1 star, imagine if they didn't care. They only want to work with slaves, both clients and IT.

Wir haben nichtmal hier drüber gebucht und können einfach unser Hotel stornieren.
2 Tage vorher wird nochmal über Rehlat meinen Anbieter bestätigt. Wir 5 std. Fahrt nach Holland um im Hotel zu erfahren,das storniert worden ist.

Scammers!!!! Stay away from this site. I booked for the first time, thinking I was talking to the Hampton hotel. I actually didn’t go to the website. I pulled up the hotel and called the phone number that was under the Hampton’s name. It turned out to be a third party. I wanted the hotel that was downtown but was told it was all booked up due to a convention but they have another Hampton in the same town. Asked that they have a pool and was assured that they did. Got to the hotel to find the hotel under major construction. No water in the pool. Reception desk was a cart table. Jackhammering, tiles ripped off the floor. Asked why they didn’t inform me and was told because I went through a third party. Found out the hotel that I did want to stay at had rooms and it was cheaper. Asked if they could move the funds to that hotel and was told no, that the third party had to refund me. This makes Hampton look bad and they need to stop this website! Was told I would get a full refund and I am still waiting. I am so angry! I am so sick of scammers.
