Maryellen, was up front and honest. Totally understanding and not pushy. Called exactly when she said she would. Covered many options for me and gave me time to decide on which policy was right for me. She is extremely friendly and help full. I will not hesitate to contact her in the future should I need to.

I set up my life insurance policy many years ago through Bon Accord ... and like most people forgot all about it because it was a job done!
Lisa, from Bon Accord, called me 6 months ago and suggested a review. This was not a good time, so she promised to call me back 6 months on - which I forgot all about due to the medical treatment that I was receiving!
As promised, Lisa called me back and patiently reminded me about our review. She discussed my current situation, made suggestions and recommendations, and found me a top-up policy that suited me for the foreseeable future.
She then did a search and came back with a policy proposal. After determining that it suited my needs and that I was in a position to take it on, she advised me about the "small print", completed the necessary documentation and it was done.
2 days later, I received all the associated policy documents on line ... and I can forget it again because its done.
