I had a cold call from a ransom woman saying I needed a 10 year review of my policy. What policy?? She insisted that by law she needed my details. I refused. She said I was being argumentative and that she was trying to help me. She spoke to me like she believed she had authority over me and could compel me to comply. It was just weird.

Excellent customer service, Akeel allowed me to decide what policy i need and also explained in detail on the questions i had. Akeel was very polite and knew exactly what to say, after speaking to him i feel at ease with what i need. I train and compete in combat sports, now that i am covered and know exactly what I’m covered for, i have peace of mind.
