Faultless*
My orders from Bolt Base over the years have been relatively small but they still manage to be prompt, courteous and unfailingly helpful. The only reason for the asterisk above is that they once, once, sent an incorrect item. When I informed them of the (minor) error, they apologised, sent the correct item by next post and waived return of the original item. They're a pleasure to deal with.
