Received a new terminal from BOI, and like anything new, takes a bit of getting used to. I have just been speaking to Elyena who talked me through the new machine, explained everything so well and patience? She has patience. All in the office now feel very comfortable with our new card machine and now know all that it can do. Thank you Elyena for all your help today.

I was contacted by Megan Fox who advised me the different thresholds available and provided me the latest pax A920 terminal. I have to say Megan was very helpful to me through my Renewal and I am very satisfied with the service .

I recently had reason to upgrade my terminal. When the unit arrived I was contacted by Elyena, who talked me through the set up process. We recently upgraded our cafe credit card machine to a Pax A920 terminal with BOIPA. Loads of handy features included with a very useful dashboard to see a complete overview of credit card transactions. Elyena O'Kane supported us through the whole process and was incredibly easy to deal with. She explained everything really well and was on hand to go through it all again when we needed it. Very professional and accomodating. I would definitely recommend both the machine and BOIPA if anyone was considering a change.
