We had a great experience with Elyena, who helped us set up our cash machine. She was very professional, polite, and patient throughout the whole process. What really stood out was that she genuinely wanted to help us, rather than simply tick a box and mark the job as done.

She took the time to make sure everything was working properly and also sent us a helpful user guide so we could refer to it in the future.

Spoke to Laura who had me set up in 2 mins. Had 1 issue which she resolved without a bother and spoke me through the portal where i was made familiar with the features. Was all sorted in a short phone call.
Laura was most polite, helpful and i found the upgrade a very worthwhile experience the new terminal is class and the option to not ha e to print receipts unless requested is brilliant snd much more environmentally friendly 😀

Just agreed new contract with BOIPA. Customer service was very efficient and helpful. Megan followed up on queries and replied promptly. New terminal arrived in 2 days. No issues.
