The support from Boifun has been good. We have had two separate products, the first one broke due to a battery/charging issue with the screen after around a year, and the camera has just packed up on the replacement which was sent free of charge after about 4 months.

We will be looking at other options having got a partial refund.

Camera stopped working whilst under warranty. Emailed the company, they responded with some troubleshooting. Did not work, they explained it was faulty and would give me 50% refund as they couldn’t do replacements. Rejected it, finally agreed to give me a full refund. It has been 2 weeks with no contact on their part and no refund. Disgraceful customer service. Save your money!!

Caution! If someone has problems with the camera, support will not respond and you will be left with the costs

Handset not working, activated warranty and extended 3-year warranty. The range on the unit was terrible, it would (at least 10-15 times per day) just lose connection for about 20-30 seconds while perfectly stationary just down the hall from the camera.
Contacted company (only used for 4 months) and they replied to say send photos Abbas videos, did that and they've not responded since. Will not respond.
Summary: tech terrible, doesn't work at all, company will not honour their own standard warranty or reply. DO NOT USE!!!

We purchased a dvd player and it was a great product but unfortunately it stopped working, we contacted Boifun’s customer support and they couldn’t have done enough for us, firstly with online support trying to troubleshoot the problem, then when they realised there was a fault with the machine, even though it was just outside the warranty period, they still sent us out a brand new product at no extra charge. We couldn’t be happier and appreciate all their help in resolving the problem and their customer service was faultless!

Avoid this joke of a company, I've had a baby monitor which is faulty within the first 2-3 months of use, the warranty department are non-existent and I cannot even get a reply from them, over £100 for a product what an absolute waste - I will be taking this up with my bank to claim the money back, avoid at all costs and use another brand.

Fantastic DVD player. Great screen size & colours. Very easy to use. Great battery life. Brought for holiday use when away. Would highly recommend this product.

We recently purchased wireless baby monitor, impressed with the operation and clarity of the video, love the lullaby options!

We purchased the Boifun 2s baby monitor in January and found it to be a great product. Unfortunately recently to monitor stopped working, we contacted Boifun’s customer support and they couldn’t have done enough for us, firstly with online support trying to troubleshoot the problem, then when the realised there was a fault with the monitor they sent us out a brand new product at no extra charge. We couldn’t be happier.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! TERRIBLE PRODUCT!! Baby Monitor "Not As Described" -- VERY poor picture quality (not "HD") & SIX hours max battery life (not TEN hours!). FOUR emails with queries received replies containing FALSE, misleading info; I used a Disputed Purchase Claim with MC. I WILL get my money back! ORDER ELSEWHERE!!
