Wrost experience with boAt

My experience with boAt has been an absolute scam. In December 2025, I sent my genuine boAt Rockerz 150 Pro neckband for warranty repair, which was physically verified and picked up by a BlueDart agent at my doorstep. However, boAt later claimed they received a pack of 3 innerwear (bras) instead of the neckband and rejected my claim, labeling it a "duplicate product."

Essentially, my ₹1,500 neckband was either lost or stolen within their logistics chain, and they simply returned the wrong items to dodge accountability. Despite months of emails, their support team refuses to conduct a proper investigation and continues to hide behind "policy" to avoid responsibility. This is blatant fraud and a total failure of after-sales service.

Am totally dissatisfied with boAt ..."Worst experience. No confirmation message when order was placed, no update when it arrived, and my refund request was completely ignored. Zero customer support. They take your money and go silent. Would not recommend to anyone 👎🏻👎🏻🤬🤬😡😡👎🏻

Boat-lifestyle sells refurbished…

Boat-lifestyle sells refurbished chinese product as new Indian product. Items are made in CHINA and reused. When I complained, they replaced with another refurbished product. In this way. they harrassed me for 4 months and still I have not received a fresh new piece for which I have paid the money. Its wastage of MONEY and TIME if you buy product from Boat Life style.

website se isliye liya ki original mile do bar customer care ka call karke message aaya 5 tarikh ko delivery hoga Abhi Tak nahin hua isase achcha main sadak se duplicate boat lekar use karte hain Aman Gupta ko Shark tank mein dekha junoon Lage isliye junoon site se purchase Kiya but services is third class.

Agar ho se niyat me ho to muje Mera pise refund karo

Its like use and throw products.
Please don't buy from them

Very bad experience.I booked a headset and was told it would be delivered within one day, but even after two weeks I still haven’t received it. There has been no response from boAt or their customer service. This is tooo bad. And I still haven’t received that order.

False advertising of the new model being smart.


I have the previous and new model of the wanderer watch.In the boat Wanderer-
it is seen that the straps are longer and that the screen has more space to customise on, but in the Smart version, instead of customising space, we have got a branding of the company boat and the straps are now shorter. Just changing the ringtones and screen of a watch does not mean they will be any better.

I had ordered Boat's airdopes 91 active black I recieved a defective product having issues with charging, they provided replacement abd that replacement is also defective, this shows serious issue with their quality control. They provide defective product as well as poor customer service. I had even requested for a conversation with their manager while speaking to boat's customer service agent, but no followback from their side.

February 11 I ordered an Airdrop Loop…

February 11 I ordered an Airdrop Loop grey model and received it on 17th February. The piece is defective and unable to connect iso set. I tried exchanging it and website failed submitting it. I kept calling agents around 8 times in this duration and they kept saying exchange partner I.e courier company is unable to locate my address and sometimes door lock which is not possible. I have a worse experience with boat this time. I had better experience being a customer of boat as I had 2 other earphones purchase and had no issues. But this time it’s a worse experience.

Heavy marketing, flashy branding, but poor product quality and no return or refund option. Customers are left stuck with bait products.

A brand grows on trust. If customers can’t return faulty products, that trust disappears fast.

boAt and Aman Gupta built a strong brand, but ignoring customer experience will only damage it in the long run.
