The shop and the service is lit.

Every single time I go in there all of the staff have the best vibes and ensure I get exactly what I want without compromise. The selection and variety is everything, I’ve not come across a fashion (eyewear) retailer with such choice. The quality is very good too.

The team were great, Optician appointment was very good and informative and the selling team were very helpful and informed.
This is my 3rd pair of Bloombloom glasses and their product is great quality!

Fantastic sales rep, comprehensive service offered at very affordable/reasonable prices. Eye examination to determine prescription as well as the health of the eye and glasses (with prescription) to be sent to EU country where we live, all included in the price!

Saatwik made me feel very welcome indeed to the Covent Garden store on my most recent visit to Bloobloom.
These are my third pair of varifocal prescription glasses by Bloobloom.
I’ve been really pleased with all three pairs.
So much so, that I’m now having my second pair converted to sunglasses with my latest varifocal prescription added too.
The designs of the glasses are really good with excellent quality frames and lenses.
I have also been very impressed with the service, not only in the store but also by the telephone customer service team.
The first pair of glasses that I bought from Bloobloom, were an online purchase, which also worked really well. They send you five pairs of frames, that you have previously chosen, so that you can try them at home. The ordering process is very simple and the delivery times for both online and store orders is extremely quick.
So, I’m a fan! Great service, great value and great quality at extremely competitive prices. Who could ask for more?!

I was having an evening stroll through Westfield when I found myself inside the Bloobloom store that I had heard so much about. Finding my right style was made effortless by the chilled vibe from Sarath. Through his incisive process of elimination, he was able to astutely whittle down my perfect style and have me booked for my free eye test within a matter of minutes! Really quick and efficient service from the eye test to the advice on glasses. It was great to try on different styles and get advice on what suited me. The staff at Bloobloom in Canary Wharf are always so kind and helpful. Really assist with choosing a pair of glasses. The glasses themselves are great quality, look good and the price is brill. Would recommend.

I already own a few pairs of bloobloom glasses but wanted a pair of lightly colour tinted sunglasses that could also be worn daily as glasses. I booked an eye test and mentioned my idea to Wael at bloobloom Westfield Ariel Way.

The eye test was quick and comfortable and more importantly, Wael was just fantastic!! Literally the best customer service ever. He was so friendly! He picked out the frames I was interested in, helped me try on the ones I liked, went through all the possible lens/frame colour combos with me... He listened to my specifications and provided ideas, assisting me to find what would suit me and also fit my requirements. We settled on a pair which I think will be perfect - I am so so excited to receive them. He even helped me adjust my older glasses because they weren't fitting exactly right.

Thank you to bloobloom and thank you so much to Wael - this wonderful service is exactly why I will continue to purchase all of my glasses from bloobloom.

I have been looking for glasses which suit my face for years, with no success. I walked into this Covent Garden store on a whim and Faiz, one of the store assistants, gently approached me and recommended that I try on a pair of glasses. I would never have chosen these for myself, but Faiz noted that they would complement my facial shape, hair, and eye colour. I absolutely loved the glasses, and Faiz’s analysis was spot on. Faiz quickly arranged for me to have an eye test so that my lenses were correct, and the order was put through promptly. I cannot complement this store, or Faiz, enough. Everything was seamless.

The staff had the time and patience to help me pick my specs, while being very knowledgeable and helping explaining my prescription.

Really great styles well priced. Good clear messages from the optometrist and gorgeous customer service from Tas who served me in the shop and couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with. I’d come back just because of her alone
