Black Widow Exhausts Omdömen

I emailed & phone before making my purchase to ask technical questions about the exhaust downpipe but my email was not answered and when I called I received a Word Salad from the woman that answered the phone.

I bought a Downpipe for my Honda CBR125R but the inside diameter of the pipe is 32mm which does not align with the 28mm diameter exhaust port.

The 32mm Downpipe is then welded inside a cone which enlarges to 5cm but the 32mm does not transition smoothly into the cone section as it exits approximately 10mm inside the cone section.

These irregularities cause turbulence within the exhaust, stopping resonance pressure/vacuum waves inside the exhaust ( that the OEM exhaust uses ) to pull the exhaust gasses from the combustion chamber, resulting in lower power throughout the rev-range.

I emailed them telling them about the problem but was told this is how they are designed!

I would have given them a 3 star review if they didn't advertise themselves as a performance exhaust but because they have I will need to pay more for my motorbike insurance.

The product is very well packaged with exhaust cement, gasket, key chain and an optional flange for the OEM Silencer. It's such a shame that they have failed to produce a good product as it would not take much more effort to do so.

What a fantastic company!
I needed a new exhaust system for my Triumph Tiger 800xc and came across these guys. There customer service team fully explained all the different options available and even helped me select the correct system to fit within my luggage racks.
Once ordered, the system arrived within 24 hours, securely packaged and with EVERYTHING required to fit it.
The system was fitted by my Triumph dealership. Mine was the first of these systems they had come across and they
commented on the quality, ease of fitting and great sound!
It's like having a new bike - increased power, amazing sound and it looks stunning.
Thank you so much - I will be recommending you to everyone I know and would definitely use you again.

Ordered a slip-on exhaust for a BMW F700GS, arrived the following day, packaged extremely well. All necessary parts there, including exhaust sealant. Easy to fit, no leaks, looks great, sounds great even with or without removable baffle. I can't comment on the durability having had it for one week, but at the price, you could buy two compared to a similar expensive alternative.

This company are awesome. Arrived next day with easy to follow fitting sheet. Unfortunately I managed to break a clip when I fitted it. I emailed them and they sent me a replacement clip which arrived the next morning. Excellent customer service.

Bought a gsx650f with a black widow exhaust it was missing the baffle, to noisy for me so i ordered one and it arrived the next day, came with some nice little extras stickers and a lanyard and some very easy instructions thanks guys good service.

This company I cannot recommend highly enough. Top marks for customer service and top marks for quality of product. If you need an exhaust for your bike these are the guys to speak to.

Absolutely brilliant. Hardest part of the job was removing the stock system.
New exhaust fits like a glove, looks incredible, sounds fantastic and at a very competitive price.
I elected to fit a Toro end can to my bike, as I wanted the shorter look to the system.
Couldn't be happier!!

It was a refreshing change to call a company with a problem and they do everything in their power to resolve it. They even went far beyond what I could of possibly expected.

Extreme fast delivering. 2 days from UK to denmark . Amaizing . Very god and exellent tracking options .

Exceptional customer service and delivered next day! Little freebie thrown in the box with the header which was appreciated but will let you find that yourself.

I ordered their 230mm Oval Stainless Silencer and It was delivered to Ireland from the UK in 2 days, well impressed. The build quality welds etc seem very good and it sounds great. Cant go wrong for the money would highly recommend thanks Black Widow one happy customer! :)
