Blacks - Salisbury Omdömen 

Great service. I needed a new pair of walking boots in a rush- I gave James 3 or 4 key criteria and he quickly gave me several options and helped me select the right choice. He also gave a range of aftercare advice to help the boots last. Brilliant all round & a shame the store is slated for closure as they will be missed.

Today we went to Blacks of Salisbury . The customer service we received from Kate was excellent, We will be going back.

Bought a rain jacket for an extremely good price.
Kate was very helpful and James did me a good discount.
Was really pleased with my purchase it’s such a shame the store will be closing down.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, went in for some camping bits and saw they the closing down signs. Ended up replacing some of my old bits and couldn’t be happier. Craig was really helpful and listened to what I needed and helped me find the best items for the job. Sad to see it go.

I had fantastic customer service today.
We are looking into DofE resources for our students for this year’s bronze and silver award expeditions. The staff were knowledgeable and able to provide great advice on everything from tents, all weather gear, cooking stoves and hiking equipment. Thank you for all your support.

Needed replacement boots but it’s often difficult to find shoes that fit. Blacks in Salisbury always has excellent customer service and yet again came up trumps. Really sad to hear the store is set to close early next year as it provides a service that is not available online.

Everytime I have been into Blacks I have found the staff to be very helpful. I have bought mostly clothes but also hiking boots and camping gear. The items they sell are very good quality and at a good price. I could not find the tent I bought any cheaper elsewhere.

I was really saddened to see "Closing Down Sale" in the windows of the Salisbury branch. Blacks has been the place to go got sensible outdoor kit. I was really impressed by the two members of staff who dealt with a number of customers queries - understanding and professional despite the impending loss of their jobs. I hope that Blacks parent company will be able to reorganise and consolidate in this area and would be sensible enough to employ the current staff simply for their knowledge and expertise.(And 'no' I don't know them)

My wife and I walked in to buy some walking shoes for my wife. The size she wanted was not in stock but we were told a new delivery was arriving later in the week that might if we were lucky have the right size (no guarantee implied). When we returned after the delivery had been processed, we found that the size my wife wanted was not part of that shipment. That did not put us off as I ended up buying a pair of walking boots for my self.

Kate helped me find my new hiking boots in the Salisbury store. She was really attentive, asked me about what kind of trip I was going on & did it all with a smile. The boots are in Denmark now Kate, so thank you! (Only found out we had the same name at check out, a lovely coincidence!)

A well stocked store with a good range. Staff were proactive and friendly and worked well as a team. Kate was particularly patient with getting almost every size of shoe down for me!
