Blacks - Lincoln Omdömen 

My partner and I were looking for thermal base and mid-layer clothing and gloves without the benefit of any prior knowledge. The staff at Blacks in Lincoln could not have been more helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and we benefited greatly from their product knowledge and personal experience. Thank you.

We visited the lincon store on Thursday 11th June, we entered the shop to be greated very warmly by a young lady called either nicole or Natalie ( sorry I forget which ) she spent several minuets casually chatting to us and asking if we needed assistance ( it felt very genuine) we went upstairs where I wanted some sandels, Will who was on the till was more than happy to go get my size and was really cheerful and helpful also making the customer feel welcome, thankyou to both staff, i love my sandels and wish to say what lovely staff blacks have employed.

My wife and I needed new footwear and decided to go to blacks. It was early Sunday morning, Blacks had a large range of models of shoes but Simon (Trav)went out of his way to help us. He is very knowledgeable which helped a lot for my wife to select the correct pair.

Bought from this shop many times,the items are always top quality,and the staff are so friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable too.A great range of items to select from.

Having browse around shop, from sale on, upon leaving the store I slipped on wet floor, no assistance from staff, grazing knee & tearing trousers. Complaining to Manager (Natalia) of this, offering sympathy & understanding giving me discount on new pair of combat trousers. The completing accident form (on tablet) for me. This was excellent service & compassionate to do this.

Lovely products … shame about the staff
On a wet grey day you would think that shop staff would be ready to speak to customers about their needs …not on the day that I visited!
Three members of store staff stood by the door way chatting about what they would buy with their discount is not a welcoming environment for a shopper .
Then, when I had my selection there was no anticipation of my needs so I had to wait for one of the three to come over and take my money .
Disappointing. Wish I’d gone on line to shop, at least I would not be made to feel that I was an inconvenience!

I received fabulous customer service yesterday at Lincoln when purchasing some walking boots. The young man who attended to me was friendly, helpful and professional. It would be hard to find such great service elsewhere. Thank you!

I went into Blacks in Lincoln today and I found all the staff extremely helpful and friendly. I spoke with the first young lady who greeted me & was very kindly directed upstairs to Emma (I hope that was her name). This young lady was extremely friendly and very helpful & knowledgeable. It didn’t take me long to find some walking shoes suitable for me. There was no rush, no sales pattern pressure, just very useful knowledge about the types of walking shoes available etc. Great advice etc Thank you 🙏

Great service at Blacks in Lincoln. Got a new pair of boots, and Tom provided knowledgeable support for this purchase.
As always the staff at Blacks provide excellent support particularly relating to footwear.
