Be careful with this company as I ordered something and it was delivered somewhere else and they said that there is nothing they can do and that they don’t have a customer service department so be warned

Ordered a pair of Kayland Hiking boots to replace a pair I'd previously bought locally 4 years ago, but finding a UK stockist was proving a bit difficult. I found a pair on your site, and also felt a bit sceptical but I decided to go for it. They arrived after 10 days , due to.postal strikes. They were cheaper than anywhere else and I'm really happy that I went ahead. Thank you !

I was so sceptical - was sure I was going to order the shoes and be scammed. But they dispatched them within a day and they arrived to Australia within 2-3 weeks! I'm amazed and recommend them.

I never leave reviews but had to for this site because I wasn't sure it was legit when I bought some trainers. Turns out they're completely legit and somehow have lots of stuff that's sold out elsewhere.

My shipping time wait was longer than expected but there have been Royal Mail strikes to be fair.

Anyway... if you're worried about buying from them, don't be! I will be using them again for sure.

Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und korrekt. Leider ist beim Bestellen nicht klar, dass es sich um einen tschechischen Online-Shop handelt, für die Retouren fallen exorbitante Kosten an, die der Kunde selbst zu tragen hat.
Der Kundenservice wurde von mir auf diesen Umstand hingewiesen, man wird dann auf das Kleingedruckte in den Geschäftsbedingungen verwiesen, deshalb nur zwei Sterne.

10/10 j'ai commandé un des vetements de vtt venant de Pologne, arrivé sous 5j seulement et aucune contrefaçon ! Super site, certe cher mais où vous trouvez tous les articles difficiles à trouver sur d'autres sites. Je recommande

Muito feliz com todo o processo de venda por parte desta companhia. Após a compra de algum artigo, obviamente você terá que escolher qual companhia quererá que quer que faça a distribuição, porém, tanto a companhia Blackcomb, como as distribuidoras, são 100% prestáveis. Após o pagamento dão um tracking service, o que facilita e muito para saber onde se encontra o produto. Realizei a compra dia 29 de dezembro de 2021 (Açores), e chegou dia 3 de janeiro de 2022. Não podia pedir melhor, recomendo vivamente.

The snowboard boots were a good price even with the delivery costs from the Czech Republic, but what I hadn't anticipated was the £80 import tax as the UK is no longer in the EU. This made the product significantly more expensive than buying from a UK shop. Would have been helpful to have an idea of just how high the tax was before purchase, as I wouldn't have bothered if I had known.

This store is legit, DAMN THEY WERE FAST WITH THEIR DELIVERY!

Non si riesce a fare resi. quello che ti arriva te lo tieni. non hanno una mail di comunicazione e se scrivi alla mail che utilizzano per gli ordini non ti risponde nessuno. avviso che ho guardato anche nelle spam, prima che mi dicano che hanno già risposto..

Impossibile fare un reso, sul sito non è attivo il link al modulo necessario per restituire l'articolo. Servizio clienti PESSIMO, ho scritto mail per richiedere il modulo ed ovviamente non ho mai avuto risposta
