Great customer service which is a hard find to these days.
We nearly walked in 10 min. till closing time on a Saturday. Even though it was close to closing time Joe was very patient and helpful, he provided the best customer service experience we have had in many year while renovating our home. The pricing was better than the big box store and we had the carpet installed in the time it would have taken to have them come out for a measure. The installers were neat in appearance, professional and mindful of our cats. We will most certainly purchase carpet there in the future
